Quick service and fabulous glasses are legit!

I found a pair of Silhouette frames at Pearle but the price for just the frames seemed really high. I did a lot of searching. I didn't want to use eBay because you can't ask the seller questions. I tried a few online retailers, but when I hit on Designer Optics, I hit the jackpot. Not only could I ask questions, but they got back to me fast, and I never felt any question was too silly for them. (I 'm fussy about a big purchase like this!). And I paid $170 less for the frames then at Pearle. They helped me through the buying process, and made it easy to include a 'note' about exactly what I wanted. Four days later, they arrived! (I was able to track them, too.) And I am thrilled. They took into account everything I said about fit, 'shimmer' of frame, even how sturdy the frames are. I sent a thank you email, and even that was responded to!

Designer Optics, specifically Steven Almonte Martinez in customer support, treated me with such respect and attentiveness. I made an error in my original order and reached out to learn my options. Steven got me a prepaid shipping label so I could ship my frames back. Of course, I had to pay for the new lenses but I was offered a discount. My new lenses are now in production and I’m looking forward to receiving my new glasses in 7-10 days. Easy, quick, no judgement. I highly recommend!

Literal thieves. Sent me wrong glasses. Then told me once they get it back they’ll issue refund between 24-48 hours. Never happened. I called. They lied n said refund was initiated and wait for email. Email never came. Then they said oh the refund was put on hold n we will initiate it again n wait for the email you’ll get it in 10 min. Nothing. Then I called back (mind u I did this for hours upon hours) and the guy said he will transfer to manager. There was no manager. Then I called back for the millionth time just to be hung up on. They are fraud and dishonest people and I’ll escalate this and report them but for now I’m disputing with all my evidence. Fraud scammers. Disgusting customer service. Response. Don’t act professional and helpful here to show the world. U guys treat your customers like garbage. Ignore them hang up on them treat them like a joke. Your team already told me they won’t refund me so what the heck r u gonna do I already reported this
