While their prices are less than other online retailers, it took longer than expected to receive the frames. Initially they were to be received 3-5 days after purchase, they arrived 10 days later. The shipping box as well as the frame box were both damaged and someone opened the boxes along the way. Both ends of the shipping box and eyewear box were torn open. The frames are ok, but I will be weary of ordering from them again.

I placed my order for some sunglasses on May 2. Didnt get them until May 20. The website said they would ship in 1-5 days. On day 5, i emailed them to ask if they would be shipping out that day and the response was, let me make this clear for you, it 1-5 days from the day we get them from the manufacturer. I said, That is NOT what it says on your website. Their response was, what would you like us to do about it. I replied, i think i deserve at least some kind of expedited shipping. They agreed and said they would escalate them to 2 day expedited shipping as soon as thet received them. The day finally came that they were shipped. That was the 14th. I got a UPS tracking number and looked at the tracking information and it said they were expected on the 20th. 6 days from the shipping date. I again emailed them and said, yall cant even get 2 day shipping right. I finally did get the glasses on the 20th and they do appear to be legit, but beware of this place, especially if you need something in a hurry. They dont seem to be the brightest bulbs in the box.

Great price but took 20 days to receive the sunglasses. I even paid for faster shipping. Don’t be in a hurry if you want them quick!

These are the positives. They had a nice selection of designer glasses and they had a pair that I couldn’t get anywhere else. The price was very good. now for the negative. need more information on the description of your eyewear such as on the sunglasses are they polarized are they lenses made of glass etc… shipping was slow and what I mean by that is getting them onto the delivery truck so it could get to me. I don’t know why company say they made a label thinking that means they shipped the product. 

Product quality is good, shipping experience was poor. It took 15 days to arrive. It's supposed to ship within 1-5 days, on day 9 I sent an email. Miraculously, it shipped the next day. Then came a day later then tracking info said. Glasses are good, price was good but 15 days shipping is an eternity in today's retail environment.

Nice to have my frames replaced but these are damaged and or unfinished.

Adding ORDER NUMBER AS REQUESTED: Order SY819146. I purchased a watch. Price was really good. Communication is Bad. Delivery time was exceeded and I had to send a follow up email to ask for order status. Only then, did I get an apology email, and a day later a tracking number for the delayed order. The order arrived later than promised, even I paid for their "order insurance".

I ordered a new pair of Oakley sunglasses and received what appears to be a used pair as sunglasses have smudges and case is clearly worn. Emailed customer support and let them know about issue and was informed I received what was ordered.
