Read the fine print. No exchanges or refunds if you customize your lenses. Which i have to customize because the prescription is so strong. Never have i ever not been able to send a pair of glasses back. Almost 300 dollars down the drain. The tint i chose was a very light tint that faded more tinted towards the top. Well no where did it say that bc i have a smaller round shape of a lense that i would not notice the fade. I couldn’t get and exchange for that either. So for the most part my glasses are not wearable. Thanks. So if i had of chose to keep my lenses thick on the aide with no customizing i would be able to exchange them, but i would not be able to wear those either.

I placed my order for some sunglasses on May 2. Didnt get them until May 20. The website said they would ship in 1-5 days. On day 5, i emailed them to ask if they would be shipping out that day and the response was, let me make this clear for you, it 1-5 days from the day we get them from the manufacturer. I said, That is NOT what it says on your website. Their response was, what would you like us to do about it. I replied, i think i deserve at least some kind of expedited shipping. They agreed and said they would escalate them to 2 day expedited shipping as soon as thet received them. The day finally came that they were shipped. That was the 14th. I got a UPS tracking number and looked at the tracking information and it said they were expected on the 20th. 6 days from the shipping date. I again emailed them and said, yall cant even get 2 day shipping right. I finally did get the glasses on the 20th and they do appear to be legit, but beware of this place, especially if you need something in a hurry. They dont seem to be the brightest bulbs in the box.

I was trying to match a pair of vintage glasses that were damaged. Found exact match at a very favorable price vs other outlets. Recurring discounts made this choice a no brainer. Timely shipping.

Ordered sunglasses on March 1st. It is almost June and still nothing. No updates. No customer service. I don't know if this is a scam company making fake sunglasses, buy if you are selling in stock items, they come off the shelf, placed in a box and shipped within 1 week not 4 months later! Still no product but they certainly took my money.

Great price but took 20 days to receive the sunglasses. I even paid for faster shipping. Don’t be in a hurry if you want them quick!

Ordered a pair of sunglasses for Mothers Day, plenty of time in advance. Website said item was "in-stock" and ships in 1-5 business days confirmed by email. 2 weeks later no sunglasses, no gift for mom on mothers day and no explanation from the company other than this item is on back-order. I was able to order from another company who actually has them in stock and pick up in store same day! I would not buy from this company

Customer service is both friendly and speedy. Prices are so much lower than other retailers. The quality and prices of the eyeglass frames are unbeatable. Will be using this company again and again!

I agree with a commenter, that these glasses can be pricey. I took a chance, as I was not sure I can get my money back if I need to return them and got lucky. I tried to get some more discount, but they only allow one coupon, which is understandable. I also agree, shipping time can be longer. I needed these glasses soon, because the current ones were broken. Do not try to place an order around major holidays, as they are closed for over a week. Overall, the frame and lenses are great, finally got rimless glasses. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
