My glasses arrived promptly (exactly 2 weeks from ordering them online). The entire process was easy and quick. The hardest part was selecting the frame because they have such a large selection to choose from. They look and feel great and the price was so much better than a traditional optical.

This company robbed me. I ordered two pairs of Versace glasses $600 purchase they were sent to an address not mine signed by someone that was not me. I filed a police report as requested and filed the incident with the shipper yet designer optics refused to be of any assistance they would not refund or resend glasses do not do business with them. They are thieves.

We're sorry to hear you're dissatisfied. After a thorough review, the carrier's records confirm that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided on the order and was signed for upon delivery. Based on this confirmation, we were unable to substantiate the claim that the package was not received. We understand this is frustrating and remain willing to review any new information that may help clarify the situation.

DO NOT BUY From them. First I ordered sunglasses on April 29th, May 8th still was not showing in transit. Received May 10th no tracking. Did not like the sunglasses and returned. Glasses delivered on May 27th to their Brooklyn, NY site. Every day since June 2nd emailed to see why I have not received a refund. NO RESPONSE. Still have not heard from them. They owe me $150 Arghhh

Great selection. I was replacing my favorite Ray-Ban sunglasses after I shattered the lens, and this was the only online retailer that had the exact fame and lens color. The glasses shipped out the next business day and I received them quickly. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong color frame. After I contacted customer service, I was provided with a return shipping label (free of charge) and a selection of other frame and lens colors from which to choose. The replacement item will be sent out once the original item has been returned and received. I really appreciate the ease of this exchange, particularly the free return shipping, especially since the error was mine. I will definitely purchase from this retailer again.

I ordered a pair of frames from Designer Optics for my new prescription, post cataract surgery. They were not for me and I returned them. The return process was quick and easy. I ordered another pair by Kliik Optics, Denmark, that I had tried on at my eye physician's office with a $289 price tag -- much too high for my budget. I was able to purchase the identical Kliik frames from Designer Optics for$137, an incredible savings. I definitely recommend working with Designer Optics. Overall, I received great customer service and their prices are very affordable.

Received genuine product that wasn't available anywhere else at a great price. Will definitely use this company again and can recommend them.

Was at a resort in Mexico and saw sunglasses my wife really loved made by Maui Jim. They were priced crazy high so we looked online and found the same sunglasses at DesignerOptics.com for a fraction (less than 50%) of the price. Ordered them and just received via UPS. They are exactly what we wanted. I have worn Maui Jim for years and the brand is worth the extra money.
