Everything sometimes never goes to plan - the timing of the delivery - the placement of the parcel etc. However you can count on Charmaine & Jay at DAI Post to come to the rescue. They had the issue sorted in minutes. They were very responsive and sensed that it was important to me and they where going to give their very best to help. Which they did. In the end - all sorted.

Hi Erika, thank you very much for your amazing communication and customer service. This experience is very different ( like day and night comparison) from the previous encounter with DAI where they never responded to my enquiry which resulted in it disappearing. On this occasion, you constantly updated me on the status of the item all the way till the item got delivered. thank you very much.

Did a great job of tracking down my parcel and getting it delivered after initial delivery problems

I would have given 5 stars but I was let down with the waiting time for my delivery due to the delayed at customs. Otherwise the lady named Erica Dapar supported me so much during the customs process. So shout out to her for her efficiency. Overall the company has been good.

Leave without signature doesn't mean leaving the package in anywhere else other than the unit door itself. Such irresponsible and and inconsiderate way the package was left. Not even owning up to their actions and does not reflect the company's tagline of reliability and accountability. Shame.

Fantastic service, couldn't have been more helpful. A parcel I sent from UK to NZ was lost, they managed to track it down and arrange delivery. And kept me informed at every stage. Brilliant.
