The delivery from DHL didn’t arrive as I was expecting. I used the tracking system and it didn’t show anything after a delivery date, just waiting to be picked up. That pick up point turned out was in VIC and I’m in SA. Never got an update. I contacted the company and never got a reply. I rang customer service who gave me the contact number and tracking number for DAI. I rang customer service and spoke to Jai. He helped me find where my parcel was and gave me the local address where I was then able to pick it up. Jai was excellent, but why wasn’t I notified about where I could pick it up from? And it was supposed to be delivered to my postal address. Why wasn’t it?

A bit of confusion regarding a missed delivery but customer service was helpful - thanks Erica- and the package was delivered next business day.

Customer service centre was very good & kind but the delivery got quite frustrating as they keep trying to attempt delivery to an apartment & leaves without any effort of ringing the bell of the apartment. On third attempt I had to begggg the customer service to leave my parcel anywhere near my apartment so that I can just pick it up. I think it's best for them to have some collection points nearby every address, to avoid long delivery time. It took them 3.5 weeks & 3 attempts to deliver my item! .

Scott was activly trying to assist given what he had to work with. He responded promptly to all my emails. And followed through with correspondance to keep me abreast of all developments.

My parcel was held up in customs for a while. Scott Jala communicated promptly. Ultimately the parcel cleared customs without charge.

The customer service was excellent. My missing parcel turned up in my letter box. Special thank you to Vincent Cabahug for his patience and understanding.

Ordered my package to my work address. They marked my package as "attempted to deliver but unsafe to leave" and then returned it to the sender. I was at work all day and no one even knocked so it is clear the driver didn't even try to deliver it. Now I have to wait even longer for my parcel when it's already been 2.5 weeks and tbh, I don't even know if I'm going to get it at all. Avoid at all costs

Erika was very reactive with me, even my adress was wrong. She helped me a lot to find a solution.
