I was expecting a parcel from overseas. Very late in the process I realized there was a mistake with my address. I called DAI post. Scott Thomkins Jala was very helpful. Even though the parcel was already out for delivery. He right away ensured that it doesn't get delivered at the wrong address. And kept me posted with the updates on when to expect the parcel. Very smooth experience.

The company I bought my item from left off my apartment number which resulted in the parcel not being able to be delivered. I spoke to the most helpful customer service advisor by the name of Erika who sorted everything out for me in a couple of minutes and I had the parcel the very next day!
