They only responded after I have a review and my issue isn't resolved so - back again! DAI Post delivered my package to the wrong address and now won't provide me with a solution. Unacceptable.

Please don’t use this courier. A parcel from the UK was sent via DAI post. The parcel has been in the possession since 19 Jan, in VIC. After finally reaching their customer support on 3 Feb, to get an update, they basically told me they don’t know where my parcel is as it’s with the last mile courier. I have been asking for updates since the 3rd with no response. The tracking provided doesn’t reflect any updates either. First time I have heard about this courier and hopefully the last. Stay away!

A Christmas present shipment from UK to Sydney has got stuck in DAI-Post at Blacktown Warehouse since 23 Dec, Impossible to contact them by email or phone. It seems to be recurrent theme on here. Any attempts to phone them goes to voicemail after 30min on hold.

My parcel arrived from the states in Brisbane on the 25th December and hasn’t moved and no updates. Company won’t respond to my emails and waited hours on the ph just to leave a message which they never called back. Don’t trust this company
