My parcel was missing with the last updates saying "out for delivery", then, "arrived at pickup point". Unfortunately, there was nothing to say where the pickup point was, nothing in the letterbox. I was also home on the day of the delivery and from what I can tell, no attempt was made to deliver. That said, I'd prefer my parcel to go to a secure location, rather than being left on the street to be stolen. I contacted support and Elmer was very helpful, he found the pickup location and provided me with the address and opening hours. Usually the pickup place sends an SMS advising that they have the package but that didn't occur in this instance.

I never really considered what carriers like DAI post did in the background, recently i had a parcel from the US go through a customs check, Andrew from DAI took care of it and after a little bit of back and forwards he had it cleared and delivered 10/10.

DO NOT SHIP Items with this Parcel Company This postal service left my parcel sitting for three weeks in Customs, then contact me 3 days before Customs where going to throw my parcel in the trash.

Absolutely do not recommend using this delivery company if you have any choice in the matter; they are the worst. Delivery seems to be 'optional' with your packages; there is no helpful followup and no recourse when they misdeliver. All operating from overseas call centres. Avoid! 0/10

Yes my package was delayed, and I was supposed to have received an email that I never did about attempt at redelivery. A month later I called and the reason for my positive review was the fantastic service I received. I was originally informed I would need to wait a week and then have collect my parcel from their warehouse 20 mins from my home. Not easy with a young baby and a full life. Happily before I head back the parcel was delivered to my door. Many thanks to Lizette in particular for her help and understanding.

My package from USA arrived in Australia and delivery was attempted but it was not correctly addressed by the sender. DAI Post advised me of the problem and after I supplied the correct address DAI investigated and located my item. It was delivered within 24 hours. The DAI customer representative was very committed to resolving my problem and was totally professional.
