Jenny from DAI contacted me as there was an issue with Customs clearance on an item I had bought out of USA. Her approach was very pleasant and reassuring. I provided the paperwork that Customs had requested and Jenny acknowledged the receipt of the requested paperwork. In due course, Customs released my item and again, Jenny contacted me to advise me that my package could be released and go out for delivery. She does a very good job.

Review: DO NOT rely on DAI Post for time-critical international deliveries. My package was originally scheduled for delivery a week ago, yet it has been sitting in customs clearance without any legitimate progress. Despite submitting all required documentation accurately and on time, customer service has offered nothing but broken promises. Over the phone, I was given verbal assurances that clearance would take 1 to 2 days, which stretched to 2 to 3 days, and since then I have received zero real follow-up. Every email response from support consists of the exact same copy-pasted template explaining "batch processing" mechanics. When I directly requested a manager or supervisor’s contact information to escalate the issue, the request was completely ignored and answered with another canned response. I live in a location where depot collection is not an option, and sitting on a shipment for over a week while hiding behind automated templates is completely unacceptable. An operations manager needs to review this manifest immediately and prioritize this parcel for express dispatch directly to my address. Waiting for my package as we speak still stuck in customs

A package was delivered while we were on holidays and we could not locate it upon our return. I emailed and their customer service staff got back within 24 hours with a photo which helped us to locate the item. I am grateful for their prompt response.

A parcel was supposed to deliver to me but the seller did not include a complete address. I emailed to daipost and Jay replied within 3 days. He was polite and managed to capture the infor needed. Thanks to Jay, I finally got my parcel! Great service, Jay!
