TOTALLY SHOCKING, These guys extort customs duty for deliveries under A$1000 even when proof of value is given. They demand payment or disposal of package. They are pocketing the the payments. They are operating totally illegally, but there is nothing a company can do to get the funds back as it costs more to take it to court than the extorted payment. I have asked out delivery companies NOT to use them!!!

If I could give this company zero, I would. They are thieves. The amount of times I have called, emailed, and contacted them via the website to ask about my parcel - they don’t admit fault, don’t deliver it, don’t help, or often don’t even respond. When they do it’s generic “thanks for your patience”. They’ve never delivered it - they got it in August, it’s now almost October, and never said sorry or helped me. Do not use this company. They should be shut down.

AVOID. This company is an absolute joke. My parcel was returned to depot due to “missing information” . I have cameras surveillance and there was no attempt at delivery. There was no card left nor was there any communication to notify me of delivery on that day. After two weeks and many calls to customer service with the same generic response and more lies and with no help from EBay I sent a formal complaint and a letter of demand to DAI. The next day my parcel was delivered at 745pm with no notifications or communication of pending delivery. EBay needs to be held accountable for knowingly ignoring the poor reputation and poor service delivery of this company and choosing to continue using this incompetent company . There should be some partial refund of postage to the buyer particularly when you’re paying $300 AUS In future I will only purchase from EBay if they use a reputable courier

While I got the package pretty soon after the original delivery attempt, I found the system for finding out more about the delivery wasn't very good. The messaging just said that my address details were incorrect, when in fact I simply wasn't home. It then didn't give me any additional information about next steps or where I could pick up my parcel. I would end up having to go through a messaging system, where I wouldn't get a response for 2 days. I feel the tracking system needs better messaging and more reassurance about the process of receiving your parcel. Simply saying "you were wrong" and then not offering a solution didn't leave me feeling good, and it just created stress, particularly when I was hoping to get my parcel as soon as possible. I couldn't even request that it be left with my post office. The system needs a bit of development. Outside of this, I appreciated the kind attitude from the customer service. Jenny was lovely.
