I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered to me at my correct address for 6 weeks. It was delivered to the completely wrong address on the other side of Sydney. I have consistently followed up and complained and all they are worried about is closing the complaint ticket. I want them to arrange for the courier to go to the address that the parcel was incorrectly delivered too, collect it and deliver it to me at my home address, which they have on file and chose to ignore urgently ! its unacceptable business practise to not fulfil their side of the bargain. Ive paid for the postage, I expect my parcel to be delivered to me as was the Agreement.

I had the pleasure of Mia, when I made contact with Daipost, and what a blessing she was. She was very prompt in all her responses and was patient with me too, as I went into panic-mode about whether my friend would receive her birthday present. She was in communication with customs, on my behalf and kept me updated through the whole process until it was resolved. She was the difference between the parcel being delivered or destroyed and I can't thank her enough. Without a doubt, she demonstrated 5* Customer Service throughout. Thank you so much, Mia.

I've never seen something like this before, the worst business ever, you are so shitty that I can't describe you.., my percel has never been delivered.

Jay was very professional and resolved my query quickly. I was pleased that DAI listed a telephone number that I was able to use for my delivery.

Total waste of time to use this company.

Long time waiting for clearance, but great communication from the agent. Package arrived in great condition.

It took 3 days for my parcel to be sent from Basildon London to Brisbane - it's now been sitting in brisbane for 5 days... Truely embarrassing service. I've spent over an hour across 3 calls to follow up only to be told "wait until the parcel is delivered" - no... follow up as to why my parcel has been sat still in brisbane... 20km from my home for 5 days.

Edit: I managed to get this item escalated and the service from the senior customer service team lead was outstanding. This has restored some overall satisfaction. Intrust that Dai will follow up on its processes with the delivery team and agree to deliver to suite addresses located at Australian Post Offices. original: Dai stated unsafe to leave. It was a parcel receipt service that I pay for at the post office. Dai said they couldn’t leave because they had no affiliation with Australia Post. I explained that they did not need one as the affiliation was between me and Australia Post. I asked if I worked at a clothing store would they try and deliver it to the counter which they said yes, without hesitation. But they would not even try to deliver at the counter of a post office. Very poor attitude and service. If you’ve accepted a contract to deliver, at the bare minimum, at least try to deliver.
