My parcel to my son had got delays when it reached Australia. I was contacted by Erika Dapar by Email to let me know the situation and over several days Erika kept me updated ( very caring , polite and efficient so I felt somebody was doing something about the hold up ) I was very impressed with my experience , Thankyou Teresa Round

I ordered a plushie from the us to the Australia and it went very well, but they put the box behind a car; the box was really small so if we didn't notice in time it would have been driven over.

DAI could not follow directions. They only attempted to deliver a package to a University building after hours, on a weekend, or on a public holiday, despite being given the buildings opening hours. I was emailed and told the package would arrive on a given day in a given timeframe. But they never showed until later that night, and seemed surpised no one was there. I even provided my number, but no one ever attempted to call. I was told I could collect the package from the depot since they were incapable of delivering it, but they would not provide me with the location. After a month I was emailed and told that it was too late and the package would be returned to sender. It is completely unacceptable.

I had a very positive experience with Dai Post. They responded promptly to my queries and repeatedly followed up via emails and phone calls during and after the delivery. I live 2 hours away from Melbourne and my package was delivered earlier than scheduled due to me having to go overseas for business trip. Great customer service Dai Post!

Mate some people bag them but they have been good to me the communication from them letting me know customs are snavelling my stuff is great,the dudes delivering my stuff do it right so I've got nothing but good things to say about them, bloody leaves DHL express for dead🤣🤣🤣.
