Beyond poor , parcel sent to Australia 27/3 due for delivery 20/4 still not delivered. Complaints and contacts met with lame excuses and no action. The parcel was destined for an Aus post PO Box, DAI deemed it unsafe but despite being given an alternative address still didn’t deliver it. If tracking is to be believed the parcel has been sat in their Mansfield depot since 7/5 - apparently awaiting permission to deliver to the PO Box. Just a load of twaddle - really stressful to be met by such incompetence.

A massive five-star review for Mary Joy! She was incredibly helpful, polite and went above and beyond the extra mile to ensure a smooth and perfect delivery. Her exceptional customer service and lovely personality turned a problem into an amazing chat with an amazing human. And turned 2 missed deliveries into a fantastic experience. Employees like Mary Joy are hard to find, and her hard work was genuinely, deeply appreciated.:)

Delivery was delayed due to some slightly non specified issues but resolution was good and customer service was good when activated.

Scott Jala was very helpful and is a credit to DAI Post. I would definitely use DAI Post again due to staff like Scott.

If it wasn’t for the understanding of ou Customs Officer Scott Jala I would have lost my products. My first parcel arrived at Customs & due to the lack of interest I from the 1st Officer it was rejected! The US company re supplied the order & Scott was so helpful, not only reading my emails but he came back in contact with me & listened to the reasons why I received a second parcel! As it was a replacement to the 1st parcel that the US company replaced - he was so understanding & went out of his way to get the story correct. Well done Scott- you are a marvel. Thank you. Beverly
