An incorrectly addressed package was redirected to the correct address by this courier once I contacted them

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Left it on a shelf UNDER my mailbox on a busy main road nowhere near the door, didn't buzz my unit, and was refused reimbursement by the customer service. No real attempt to deliver safely.

Most unprofessional business which should be shutdown. Never got our parcel from this company and they can’t give us an answer.

Staff were very helpful and patient in assisting me sorting out the confusion of 2 deliveries that I had. One, which I received I hadn't been informed about by the sender which caused the confusion. DAI provided the details and pictures that enabled me to sort everything out. Great customer support.

I sent a parcel to my grandchildren from UK to Australia and it was held by customs. Scott Jala made the process very easy to deal with and kept me informed of the progress. He made a stressful and complicated process much easier and I’m very grateful for his help
