DAI PostReviews of daipost.com

I’ve been unfortunate enough to have three parcels shipped to me from overseas by DaiPost. They have been reliable in only one thing - not delivering. They have 100% success at not delivering. You can give them all the information you have to help them and they will drop the ball and fail to deliver. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

SLow , Incompetent. Parcel for Singapore . I paid GST and its been 2 weeks , got an email saying they are still checking their funds if i have paid the GST !!!??? Third world countries would perform more effectively .This is Singapore , everything moves fast . If you cannot perform , pls get out and let a better logistic company take over the business

Parcel was disposed of! The parcel was a gift sent from my brother. I received no information about the package being held, so when it didn’t turn up I started trying to track it. This is when I spent days with multiple calls between the DAFF (which said the package should not have been disposed of) Freight Hawk and only to find that DAI had disposed of the parcel. Their reasoning was that the parcel contained cocoa beans which it did NOT. DAI said they could not contact me because there was no information on the parcel to do so. THEY HAD MY ADDRESS!!! In the past I’ve had parcels that have been held and they send a card in the mail saying a parcel is held with a contract number. Then the parcel arrives checked by DAFF and they leave a card inside to let me know that it has been opened checked and nothing removed. DAI WILL NOT CHECK AND JUST THROW YOUR PARCEL OUT!!

Hi there. My parcel was held up by Customs!Having ordered exactly the same items previously I was somewhat bemused and highly disappointed.I was contacted by the team at Daipost …especially Angelica Canete…who on a regular basis asked for important information particular to my case.By this stage I was in a state of fluster…a psychologist would describe it as more akin to chronic stress mixed with episodes of depression. Not good.Anyway, having provided the required information I was kept well informed as to the status of my case over several days.I was deeply concerned that my parcel would be destroyed and my money wasted. Then yesterday a miracle happened! Angelica told me my parcel had been cleared by Customs!Yay!After recovering from disbelief I waited patiently looking out the window for the courier driver….and he delivered!I was overwhelmed by happiness!Sincerest and heartfelt thanks to the team at Daipost…and especially Angelica…for her tireless effort in helping me through this difficult life experience. The end.

my purchased product that the company says will be delivered within 3-4 business days, instead sat with DAI Post for 6 business days (9th - 17th June), before they sent it on to Australia Post.. and no updated tracking information regularly nothing. company where i purchased product didnt get any answers from them either.. CRAP service by DAI Post.

I ordered protein from Brissy it got to Sydney over night then sat in the depot 20 mins from my house where it's been for days. I have called more than once and the robot voice sounding lady Jeanette told me its with the delivery team and they say it'll go out. It didn't. I called again same story and she said she's escalate and call me back before end of day. She didn't. At this point they've basically stolen my parcel and are avoiding me. I would avoid these criminals where ever possible. I have followed up everyday for the last 6 days now. Criminals.

I've had two separate experiences with DAI Post. To be fair, on both occasions their customer service responded within 24 hours and genuinely tried to resolve the issue. At least it wasn't an AI chatbot that immediately closed the ticket without providing any resolution. While one package ended up being returned to the sender and I had to request a refund, the other was successfully redirected to my address. In both cases, the same sender in the US failed to include my contact details on the parcel, which meant the package was held awaiting additional information from me. My advice to customers is to keep an eye on the tracking updates. If a parcel gets held up, DAI Post's customer service can often help sort it out before it becomes a bigger issue. Overall, despite the hiccups, I've had positive experiences with their support team. Good work, DAI Post.

Bought item off Ebay and even though import duties was collected at check out, DAI tells me my package is stuck at the customs for duties unpaid. After funishing DAI Post with invoices evidencing that duties were paid, no updates, no correspondence. Terrible company! Will not buy from Ebay using their global shipping ever again!
