I have been a customer for over 5 years with this company and have continuously had nothing but problems and have been lied to and screwed over multiple times. My rate was raised with ZERO NOTIFICATION and Larry the district manager refused to do the right thing and adjust the rate. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to use your services and you obviously don't care about your customers and are willing to screw them over to make a buck!! VERY SAD BUSINESS ETHICS!!

I rented a large indoor space in Phoenix, Arizona. Wonderful customer service by the Damon!! Super HELPFUL and very accommodating to my needs. I could not ask for a better person to help me. Damon always returned my calls. Just a great guy running and doing his job well. I totally recommend Cube Smart!!

I stopped in this morning in Marysville to get some boxes. And I wanted to get quotes on storage. Jan the gal that helped me was awesome and very attentive to my questions and needs. And she gave me a tour of the facility and explained how everything works. I had a very nice experience ! Even though I didn't buy any boxes at this time I will be back to in the near future. Thank you for having someone there so nice to talk too !

I have been renting from cubesmart store 6534for a while now. Every time I go in thw office the employees are very nice and helpful. I enjoy talking with them. I would recommend this storage to my family and friends anytime.

We have rented the last few months. Our price just increased after hitting the 6 month point. Almost a thirty percent increase. Disgusting business practice. This is a Greedy company to deal with

Rented multiple units, within 6 months the rent increased 28 percent on each unit. A small rate increase each year is one thing, but 28 percent after only six months is absurd. The building hasn't changed, utilities didn't rise, so the only reason the company is increasing rates is for pure GREED.

Mikkael was awesome. Got in and out with my storage unit. He walked me too my unit and made sure everything was perfect. Best service ever
