They did it again! You can’t trust Cube Smart. I’ve been renting their largest unit for a year now. Supposedly when you reserve a unit either online or in person – it locks in the rate at the time of the reservation. When I first reserved this unit a year ago the price went up between the time I reserved the unit and actually moved in. I was charged the new higher price despite having the reservation at a lower price. The same thing just happened again. I wanted to switch units and had one reserved. Again, the price went up a day or two before I was to move in and I’m being charged the new higher price. The rates have gone up twice just in the past two weeks so it seems there’s a reasonably high probability of this happening quite often and to many people.

Briana Drayton is incredible from store number 313 Butler Street in BK. Such a warm personality, really detail oriented, and clearly care about her customers tremendously. I highly recommend. I really enjoyed working with her.

This is a great storage. I use it for two months and it was very clean and has security none of belongings were damage or stolen if i ever need storage again I would choose Cube Smart Thanks Angela and staff

Hidden costs (e.g. mandatory insurance, overpriced required locks, rate changes)....accommodating while moving in (e.g. cheap truck usage), but not possible to use the truck that never moves while moving out & after spending thousands with them....poor unit access to any medium to large truck....snotty management. Doubt I would ever use them again.

Cubesmart bought out a local storage company which used to be friendly and affordable. they have raised the rates on our 2 units 4 times now....in a year. They have not improved the facility or done anything to make their costs increase. It's just plain corporate greed. We will be looking for another local privately owned storage company.

I cannot believe how overpriced this place was it $234 a month for car storage and the worst thing is is not even climate controlled your prices are ridiculous

The facility is clean and the staff has been both knowledgeable and friendly, but... Nearly a year into the pandemic, I received a 15% rate increase from CubeSmart. At a time when other companies are easing back to lessen the burden on their customers, CubeSmart decided to send a 'Christmas card' demanding a rate increase 12.5 times that of inflation. Ho-Ho-Ho! Bottom line - we moved out within days. Merry Christmas Scrooge!
