Signed up with Crunch Fitness last year before covid. Had some extra money so decided to invest in myself with some training sessions. I strategically remember pre paying 3000 dollars for a bunch of sessions and was recently told that my contract was for a whole year of sessions at the amount of 400 bi weekly adding up to 813 dollars per month with the grand total of 10,000 for the year!! I would have never signed anything so expensive!! They already tried to take a payment of 813 dollars from my checking account and it bounced. I am looking into this further and take these lying crooks down. They are still the same Premier Fitness They have always been. The same liars and thieves under a new name!!!!! You just messed with the wrong woman.

terrible service the staff are liars and dishonest to my 66 year old father they never explained all the surcharges to him now they overflowed his account with surcharges and surcharges and he cannot cancel because they charge him more surcharges it is crap that they do that to a living person of a small retreat

Absolute joke when it comes time to end your membership. Emails go unanswered. If you call - you're told you need to come in person in order to cancel or reach out by email to have management get back to you. Circle back for "emails go answered". They'll charge you a yearly fee with no notice. Its also a never ending membership so no chance of just waiting out the contract. Save yourself the trouble and get a gym membership anywhere else.

They are cheater. They will deducted money with informing. Irrelevant deductions. They deducted my money in lockdown as well. I am are you guys serious? I moved to other city in lockdown and called them to cancel my membership. They directly refused to do that and told me to come directly to the gym. Then where your “customer service” has gone? Complete losers. Today they deducted $72. When I called they canceled my membership NOW. Then why not before? They just want to steal your money.

I had a very horrible experience with Crunch Fitness in Dothan Alabama. I signed up for a free trial membership and before it was up I went on their website and put in a request to cancel my membership and never heard anything back. I have called and visited my local gym and the corporate office and called their finance office and was pretty much told there was nothing they could do and that it was my fault that they stole $200 from me. I will not be back up there and I will be telling everyone i know not to use that gym! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

If you want a dirty gym, with filthy locker rooms and poor / broken equipment - then this is the place for you! The employees will lie shamelessly to your face and say something to the effect - "we're working on it". Avoid at all cost.
