SHAME ON ALOHA CRUNCH! KATRINA AND HER BOSS DON'T WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY. I canceled my membership in December and they kept charging me from my bank account! During this PANDEMIC time they still use my money and don't want to refund it. I emailed several emails to Katrina. She keeps telling me that her boss takes longer....PLEASE GIVE ME MY REFUND BACK ALOHA CRUNCH! SHAME ON YOU!

Please do not put yourself through the pain of a crunch fitness membership: Club manager sent me a direct offer to renew my membership at the same rate I had been on the previous year. I replied to the email, accepted the offer, and they replied saying that they WOULD NOT HONOUR THEIR OFFER and that I would have to pay a higher rate to continue. I complained to management about this and they CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP AND BANNED ME FROM THE GYM... for complaining politely and in line with their prescribed methods... Not only that but they made the complaints process as difficult as they possibly could refusing to pass on a contact above the club manager. There is no dedicated process for complaints resolution - very dangerous for the consumer I was a member for 6 years and signed up many people on various promotions, but now I would actively encourage anyone considering Crunch to look at other options. My experience is that their middle to upper management is deceptive and unresponsive, with terrible customer service. Consider this a warning. Please avoid them and save yourself a world of trouble.

Great staff and great equipment. 10/10 met all my expectations and will come again ! Very helpful staff member Adamaris Platas and great customer service.

Dommage après achat j’ai assemblé les pièces mais il manquait des vices, je suis parti acheter chez Castorama, Pas pratique et je me lace vite Dommage pas intéressant Pas comme dans les photos ou le pub sur euro shopping à la télé Sincèrement j’ai utilisé une fois puis il est rangé maintenant derrière la Porte Argent jeté par la fenêtre Dommage Je regrette Car c’est impossible de rendre après. Déjà c’est impossible de joindre le service après vente. Voilà mon expérience,

I signed up yesterday for Crunch Gym in Taylor, I saw gang members hanging out by the weights, I signed up because I wanted the Spinning classes, the gal who showed us around was on a different cloud than us and barely showed us anything, she forgot to mention you must sign up for a class which of course I didn't do, I awoke at 5 am the following morning, got dressed went to the gym, excited to get started on my spinning class, only to find out it was canceled. I WAS PISSED!! What is this place; a dog and pony show!!!! Don't they have back up people to do the class??? This looks like a big operation?? but badly run, I've signed up for a month to month contract, if these cancelations are frequent I'm outta there. I'm considering canceling before my 3rd day which by law is the time I have to cancel. Im not going to be jacked over by some bad management out to make a profit of me for terrible service, but It's looking that way!!!

Horrible company! Do yourself a BIG FAVOR and go elsewhere!!!!!! They will take your money and will REFUSE to work with you on cancelling your contract (esp. after losing your job due to the COVID-19 crisis!) — even after you have been a long-term member!! I'm absolutely shocked + disgusted that they couldn't seem to understand my situation (or at least have some form of empathy), and rather than try to help me, they kept on giving me the runaround. I was tired and struggling financially, and so, after I tried to go out of the way to work with my Crunch Fitness (located at Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina), and they refused, I took the initiative to stop by my bank to tell them what had happened and they suggested putting a freeze on the account, which I did. Well, a few months later, I received a notice in the mail from a collections agency (thanks Crunch Fitness - what a wonderful way to treat your long-term members!) stating that I owed $250+, plus a negative mark on my credit report. Unbelievable!! As if it wasn't bad enough already that I had lost my job and the gym manager was not even the least bit concerned about that at all. They only care about your money, sadly. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! #APissedOffFormerMember

Love Crunch West Melbourne. Lots of space and they keep it very clean. Great music too.
