I started this year working out at crunch fitness center in Anaheim. I met a trainer name Matt Mcroy right away he treated me as family. Now when i'm working out , he'll see me and ask me how's things are and if I need anything and for me to keep the good workup. He is a true blessing to that corporation.

I transferred from LA fitness to this gym since this gym has more equipment brand new and not the same old machines as LA fitness the only complaint I have about this gym is in the afternoon. The music is too loud and the music sometimes is ghetto. You can’t even barely hear the other person you’re training with when talking other than that this gym is dope

I will not rate it as a 5 because I had a billing issue on my son's account that resulted in a collections call. However, I will say that Christina Hille at the Summerville location was most helpful. She helped me with the collections company as they were not only disrespectful but told me they couldn't help with a canceled account. It was canceled because it had been paid and should have reflected a zero balance. The crunch system still showed a balance because the collections people allowed additional late charges to continue accumulating. Thank you for your help Christina Hille Location 7309 Summerville SC

Ive been a member for two years and now utilizing a personal training program. I'm extermely pleased with the care and results I am seeing. My trainer, Will Stelfox, is a terrific instructor, focused on the plan I desired from day one. I will continue indefinitely with my fitness plan, expecting to achieve my desired results. Great staff and equipment. Dislikes! To many members seem to Homestead machines by leaving their bag or bottles. Others use the machines as Phone booths, sitting on machines while using their phones and preventing others from using the equipment for up to 20 minutes. The other dislike is the loud speaker system.

I recommend the gym crunch because I feel good when I'm working out it, all staf are very friendly, polite and the gym clean and organized.
