I have had my membership cancelled by the Brazilian manager whom is not an Australian citizen. He is in a working visa. His co worker another Brazilian, female with tattoos from wrist to shoulder , faulsly accused me of something I was not doing..She was falsely accusing me of giving training tips to an young male ..we in conversation that had nothing to do with training, nor had I ever given him training advice.. The young male stated to her the fact.. she could not maintain calm and in an elevated tone was pointing her finger and making more false accusations.. i approach the desk to make them aware that this crunch employee that was not currently on roster had created a scene in the middle of gym floor.. i sent an email to Gabriel Koopman the Brazilian manager..i received an email stating my membership had been cancelled and was not getting a refund on the remaining 10 months that I had paid for with the 12 month contract. I contacted fair trading and they have advised them to rectify and refund my funds paid. They still have not complyed..this matter will be rectified in a tribunal or local court ! B grade facility !
