I suggest you avoid all Crunch gyms. If they ever overcharge you, you will never get your money back. They charged me for 1 month during the pandamic. Then they charged me for 3 months after I was granted medical leave. I have been waiting since July to get my money back. All I ever get is Head Office is still processing. The worst was when they provided a letter saying I am getting a credit in August and then they charged me a late fee and still took my money in August.

Crunch Fitness Australia is a hit After living in NYC and seeing Crunch everywhere, I soon realised they also have branches in Australia. I moved to Melbourne in 2020 and recently joined a Crunch gym near me after the lockdowns finally ended here. I have had nothing but a great experience with them. The team at the Chadstone Crunch Fitness Australia is super friendly and make an effort to get to know their members, they also let you do your thing and don't get too overly social if you are wearing headphones or seem tired (trust me after work I sometimes do not feel up for a long chat!) I love the ammenities and what they provide at different membership levels, and they have heaps of squat racks which for me is a godsend. Thoroughly enjoyed my time with them so far for an affordable price! Thanks team!

We do not recommend this gym at all. A really bad experience for my family. They charged us during the pandemia, the gym was closed. Jennifer the manager there, says that they don't credit back their customer when something similar happens. She doesn't do anything for the clients. No a simple email to head office to refund their clients. This thing happened twice. Our worst experience ever.

Crunch on Wickham road totally took advantage of my 18 year old daughter. I let her use my debit card for a ONE TIME payment and they kept it on file and are now charging it for monthly. Beware! I am currently suing them since I am and have never been a member! SCAM

I walked into Riverside gym to cancel membership 4 times over a 3 week period, front desk girl said mgr was out in field every time, even though I went to gym during his working hours, I could not cancel with anyone else but mgr ... Canceled membership on 5th trip, but they are still charging me ... Stay away from this gym

Worst gym ever. Don't even deserve a star. Customer Service absolutely the worst. Management is exponentially bad. The turnover of staff speaks for itself. Font sign up for a membership nor training. Big mistakes in signing up with the list gym Run away to another place to get your workout on

The worst customer service experience. Was emailing the fitness center head office multiple times to stop taking money from my account, and proceed with reimbursement - no feedback and still charging. Staff in the locations doesn't care and not intending to provide any help!

Worst gym ever. Steals your money, changes your contract, has every excuse to not cancel your membership (wifi is down or only the gm who’s never there can do it), dirty, broken stuff everywhere, trainers preying upon anything in leggings. Don’t join even if they pay you, they’ll steal your info and charge you crazy hoping to go unnoticed
