Crunch in Spartanburg SC would not send me the forms via email to cancel my membership.They claimed I needed to come in person. My 90 yr old mother had to go on Hospice care, so the 30 min drive there and back was not possible.They didn't care! I switched banks, so they began charging my credit card from a Merchandise purchase for the membership. Beware: they will steal your other payment methods to continue their payments. They never had authorization on this card for the membership. Disputes have been going back and forth for a $10 monthly payment they keep trying to charge. Just send me the forms to cancel by email, they don't care about my dying mother, only that I have to come in person for their stupid forms.

It is obvious that the Yukon facility is already going downhill. The bathrooms are getting progressively dirtier and while they have tons of equipment, they’ve only got ONE of many of the strength and toning type machines - I.e. one inner thigh and one outer thigh machine, etc. there is always a wait for the popular ones.

This was a brand new gym so equipment was great. But I wonder how I possibly signed those contracts and never received a copy. That was quit stupid on my part. The good thing was I gave them my credit card so I just stopped the card. Wasn’t much company could do. Be aware whe. You sign a contract ask first if you are goi g to get a copy

The only reason I am giving a one star is because it's required to leave a review. I love Working out but working out in a place where the management staff doesn't care about the members its not good. The manager is Ghetto and pushy. Very un-proffesional makes me wonder is she actually has what it takes to be a manager representing such company. Choosing a manager shouldn't be about just looking like to work hard core or compete in bodybuilding is a person that looks after the best interest of the bussiness and their staff and this manager does not represent that at all.

I’ll start with the gym is nice. I joined crunch fitness and paid the extra fee because the representative told me I could go to all the crunch fitnesses in the country. I wanted to use my hometown crunch fitness when I got there they told me it was a SIGNATURE crunch fitness and I was unable to come in unless I paid. I understood and paid the fees when I went back to my original crunch fitness I wanted to downgrade to a regular membership however they wouldn’t let me unless they charge me $50. I later called two numbers that I looked up and neither of them worked to contact crunch fitness corporate . So I called the facility and they still would not downgrade me to the original membership fee and said I had to pay more money than the original membership fee, I told him OK let’s just cancel the whole membership. representative said OK but you have to come to the gym. Overall VERY frustrated. Remember, I was told I could use the gym in my home town when I originally signed up (paid the extra fees for this) which turned out to not be true. Bottom line is crunch fitness continues to charge my credit card every month until I jump through hoops to come in and get it canceled. And skeptical of what fees I’ll be charged when I get there. The representative told me it’s normal to have to do all this to get a cancellation.

My experience at Crunch Johns Creek was poor, primarily due to the overcrowded conditions and the unfriendly, sales-driven approach of the staff, particularly the store manager. The overall atmosphere was marred by overcrowding, and the interactions with the staff were far from pleasant. Firstly, the club was consistently crowded. The limited space and abundance of people created an uncomfortable and hectic environment. The staff members came across as indifferent and solely focused on upselling additional services. This constant push to sell more was off-putting and uncomfortable. I will not be returning to the club.

The customer service of someone who works who has red hair is mostly at the crunch which is 905 louck rd in york, she has a very negative attitude, looks at you badly and treats the customer badly. I don't remember her name just the only I know, she has red hair and I don't want to go back to that gym just because I don't see her. Poor customer services. She threw a dumbbell to the floor and they rolled until hit my left foot. She didn't even apologize. I kicked the dumbbell back. I This happened a few months ago and I stopped going to that gym
