This company is fraudulent. It is impossible to cancel your account without spending literally HOURS on the phone with someone in East Asia.

Predatory business and sales associates. Will mislead you on how much you will have to pay and trick you into signing up just to get whatever kick back they get for signing someone up. Will lie to you about cancellation policy. My sister asked to cancel 10 mins after she signed up because after finally getting a second to think she realized that what the staff member said before signing her up and after she signed were 2 different things and she did not agree to those terms. Would not let her cancel and told her to come back another day because she needed a manger. She came back another day and staff told her the manager was in a meeting but she said that my sister needed to send a physical letter by mail to request cancellation. In freaking 2023 you have to send a letter through mail to cancel a membership some predatory saleswomen signed her up with an ipad. You can sign up on an ipad but need to cancel with snail mail??? That is the biggest pile of crap ive heard in a while. Literally insane. My sister called me crying because she didn't know what to do and felt taken advantage of. I told my sister to go back in and talk to someone else while i was on the phone. Another manager not in a meeting somehow came out of nowhere. He seemed to notice her phone out and in use and probably thought she was recording and was clearly scared of getting in trouble and immediately said he would take care of it and cancel the membership. Why didn't they do that before? Where was this manager before. Its like the staff member was lying so the sign up stays in the system long enough for the person that signed her up gets her kick back. I don't know for sure if they get kick backs but why else would she have lied and used so many mis leading tactics just to sign her up. All she wanted to do was join the zumba class one day as a guest and somehow convinced someone who doesn't even live here to sign up. When my sister told her that she said oh no problem we have crunches in that state too. Not even caring if it was close enough to where she lived to make sense. Disgusting way to treat fellow humans. Businesses like these need to be stopped.

Horrible. I tried canceling my membership with 3 months left to go and i was told that my membership does not qualified for cancellations . i had to pay the full amount (3 months left) plus 2 months that the account was frozen for a total of 5 months. The contract they make you sign is a total BS . The gym is a Dump . staten island location 300w service rd 10314.

Bunch of thieves. I cancelled my membership and these thieves continue to debit my card. Run away from this company. Crooks.

The one in St. Pete Florida on 4th st is a great place to workout. Excellent trainers. Nice new equipment. Very affordable. Justin G. is the best trainer there. Highly recommended. He has helped me tremendously. He's very knowledgable and keeps things new and exciting.

BBB gives EVERY location an F. The Buford GA location is the worst. I'm shocked they are still in business. The best way to bring this joke of an establishment down is to hit them where it hurts. Their profits. Stay far far away from this gym. NEVER SHARE YOUR BANK OR CC INFORMATION WITH THEM!!!

Tried calling Corp (no answer), emailed Dan Gallagher (CFO) waiting for reply, As last resort tried calling my local gym to make payment and cancel, went to voice msg 5 times w/no return call. The GYM main focus is upsell, you cant ask question like how to use an equipment because they don't help. Got a callback from India for payment, that's the fraud capital of the World, I ask them to cancel membership and they said that they can only get payments? (No way not my card#). Called back corporate, voice recording said to go to local gym to cancel (I'm out of the country what the heck now?)

Please believe all the bad reviews . First off old equipment. If you look towards cardio , you might have one or two of lucky of the machine and it’s always filled up. Some don’t work. If you bring a guest they need to bring their drivers license each time such a high inconvenience. They don’t care about customer service. Once you sign up, you can’t cancel for three months , they charge you an annual fee … worst gym. Planet fitness is so much better. And more wide variety of equipment up to date.
