Watch out for their billing practices. In my experience, charges continued after I repeatedly requested cancellation. Although the billing was eventually stopped, I was unable to obtain a refund for the charges incurred after my cancellation request. This was not a subscription service. It was a limited three-month promotional offer. After the promotional period ended, we contacted the company on multiple occasions and spoke with several staff members to request that all future charges be stopped and removed. Despite repeated assurances that the matter would be addressed, by multiple staff, the company continued to process charges and failed to follow through on its commitments. It was only after escalating the issue to a manager that the recurring payments were finally stopped. Unfortunately, while the manager agreed to discontinue the charges, the company has refused to refund the unauthorized amounts that were charged after we had clearly requested the service be terminated. We believe these charges were improperly collected, and we are extremely disappointed by the company's lack of accountability and failure to honor repeated cancellation requests. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company and would caution others to carefully review any promotional offers and monitor their billing closely.

These people are crooks, I was a member and cancelled my membership when they closed they closed the gym in Millard. Two months later I received an e mail saying welcome to crunch. They must have decided I didnt really want to cancel so they started my membership up again,

They allow sexual assault in their gym. A woman was touched on her back and kissed on the head when she was sitting with her head down. They didn’t even ban the man that did it. They try to sweep it under the rug while the woman feels unsafe to be at work or in the gym. They can’t even uphold their own ZERO TOLERANCE policy. Weak mean run this place. Boycott crunch quail springs. If you have a wife, girlfriend, daughter….do not let them go here. They allow these creeps to keep coming in and using this facility. JUST TO BE CLEAR…WHAT I STATED IS A FELONY PUNISHABLE TO 10 YEARS IN PRISON. Oh and they have a DAY CARE FOR KIDS

I would rate Crunch higher if it wasn't for their displaying Bravo on the TVs. Bravo is a nasty station. Nudity shouldn't be shown in public. I appreciate the number of machines and the ability to get on them easily, usually.

My 1st attempt cancel member ship in jan2026 per certified letter as instructed by fitness member, so I did. Today is 6/6/2026 and I have been charged $237.05 after my cancelation! I went there as instructed by someone from HQ after I contacted BBB, so I did. I have not been refunded nor helped, but AGAIN charge for CANCELING my membership 28$ ... that's ridiculous! Nor I was helped to be provided with direct phone number to DM only center manager, and some webpage number nobody responds and not even able leave message! Absurde, lie based customer service, overcharged unlawfully and just not even offered some kind compensation at all. Absolute scam, not willing help and TREATING me with collection agency if I call my bank let them dispute all these charges from March2026 till may2026. What a joke! One of the most disturbing, disgusting customer service practice and services. What a joke company

This is a terrible company who will rob you blind and smile in your face. Be warned when you are asked "are you committed to this personal fitness plan," this does not mean psychologically it means financially, they have charged me weekly $65 and I cannot cancel this . Two weeks into this my husband lost his job and i was scheduled for a surgery I needed and was unable to work out for 3 months. I tried to cancel, this training , they agreed and continued to withdraw from my account and when i call they just do nothing. They are crooks and my advice is to not agree to use their trainers

I'm writing this one star review because I would like to echo my dissatisfaction that Crunch Fitness allows its franchisees to make up their own policy, which leads to a frustrating and inconsistent brand experience. On Wednesday, 6/3, I went to Crunch Fitness in Clifton, NJ because someone recommended their spin class. I went far out of my way to get to this gym and when I arrived, I was 2 minutes late to the class. The front desk told me where the class was, but the manager (someone named Gibbs) said 'hold up', and flat out told me I could not take the class because I was late and they have no grace period. I've taken hundreds of spin classes before and am normally on time. Sometimes I'm a few minutes late because life happens. I've never had a problem, but at this location they had a problem with me being 2 minutes late. Not 10 minutes - 2 minutes. At 2 minutes the warm up is just starting, people may still be adjusting their bikes. Per their app, the class was nowhere near capacity. When I asked to see the policy, they said they don't post it and it is not available, which means they made it up. If you are going to enforce a policy like this, at least have the decency to post it online. A little consideration and communication goes a long way in this world and this manager clearly has no idea how to treat members.

Very disappointed with how this company handled my son's internship. The internship was approved twice, with all required paperwork signed and submitted to his college advisor on both occasions. The day before he was to start, we were told the original manager had been fired and the internship was canceled. After being assured by another manager that it could proceed and having the paperwork signed again, we were informed the next day that HR would not allow an unpaid internship. This lack of communication and professionalism wasted valuable time and negatively impacted his academic plans.
