Credo went from heroes to zeroes.
Same as everyone else here. May 2025, I received a SIM card in the mail, and then consistent, urgent letters, texts and e-mails to hurry up and upgrade my sim, because they're upgrading their network. I wanted to know why, and NOBODY answered the phone- EVER. I gave it thirty minutes two different days. After that, no thanks. I e-mailed, and someone called randomly the next day, but I wasn't by the phone. They invited me to be a sucker and call back and sit on hold again, which I tried for five minutes, and hung up. Needless to say, I've tried calling multiple times over the last two weeks, to the same thing, endless hold. I e-mailed again, no answer at all, no e-mail, no call, no text. I also have a second phone, my 89 year old mother, who needs that phone, and needs it to work. So I have legitimate questions about all this, and they do NOT answer. Years ago, Credo approached ME to join THEM. I ran for political office back in 2016, and they reached out because of some groups I belonged to, and donations I'd made. I thought, "Cool, no corporate interests, they donate to women, immigrants, minorities, and such- yes!" I did some recent checking, and get a load of this- Credo got bought by a company called B. Riley Financial, who had abysmal ratings across the board in everything- holdings, service, revenue, assets, everything. Then Riley got bought out too, by another company named Stifel Financial. According to AI internet, Credo does still do donations- and if that's true, why are they being so apathetic to us customers? I'm done. I've never saved much money with them, and their service was eh okay, but I'm always restarting my phone just to use Pandora, or reset the browser on Safari. And my rates are always high, and I even have lower model phones- my mom has my old IP 7 and I have a 13, and I'm still paying as much as if not MORE than I did with the corporate bastards at ATT. Sorry Credo, if you'd only answered your effing phone, things might be different.
