After reading other reviews I was hesitant to embark on the task of adding my wife to my plan. However, each time I talked to an advocate they were helpful and polite. Shout out to Andrene who scheduled callbacks when there were things that needed investigating on her end. She was definetly great and felt she had my back. She also clarified porting a number, adding a line, and adding a bring your own device was a 3 step process, something that wasn't mentioned on the website or via my email attempt. For anyone interested, you can add a line anytime, THEN take care of porting in the number, and finally add the phone/sim card. I was worried it was all one process that a misstep would derail it or leave my wife without a working phone for days. Overall things went very smoothly, with the exception of the other carrier failing to tell us when our first transfer pin code would expire, so we had to get another. I've been a member for years, and have always had exceptional customer service when calling them for my needs.

Haven't yet started to use credo but its seems to me everyone with a negative comment are just mad they didn't get special treatment after being a ridiculously long time customer. Leaves to me believe the service is good if you were with them so long. thank you

My entire extended family has been with Credo for decades with no complaints. My dad and mom started with them decades ago on landlines, then added cell service and got me into Credo. Now my husband and I have been with them for 3 decades. They’re fantastic! Jeez – these reviews are impressively fake! But they’re also outright lies. Just to address a few -- I’ve gone on trips out of the country and used their services, I’ve switched phones, moved, taken my phone number with me, changed addresses, and over the decades I’ve been with Credo I’ve rarely had any problems or complaints. When I have needed help, the customer service reps have been super friendly and helpful. And as far as service, I mean come on – most cell companies use the same towers, and Credo’s service is exactly the same as everyone else’s. We have great service. And yes, of course they have weekend customer service, just like everyone else. These terrible reviews are so similar, they seem like a coordinated attack, probably because this company makes no secret about being progressive. But what that means is that we all vote – that’s right, all members vote at the end of each year on where we want the profits to go. I LOVE having a say in where the profits go - unlike both other big phone companies which gave money to a certain president who fomented an insurrection against our government. And we love that they’ll even write letters to our reps about issues we care about, with a click of a button, if we choose. We can round up to increase our impact each month if we choose. I mean it’s a really cool company. It costs more. And I’m willing to pay more for great service, but knowing that my money isn’t going to a faceless corporation that’s giving millions to an orange billionaire who couldn’t care less about me...PRICELESS! Thanks Credo. Don’t believe all these B.S. reviews. Credo’s awesome.

Credo is a GREAT company. It looks like a lot of the bad reviews are fake to me. My wife and I have been with Credo for over 30 years. They started as a long distance company, under a different name, and then also became a cellular provider. We've never had any issues with customer service, or anything else. Plus, they use Verizon's cell towers, so the service is great. Using Credo, I know that my payments are going to a company that supports causes that I believe in. They give their profits to non-profit organizations around the country. If you scroll through the bad reviews, they all look like the same people wrote them. Which is too bad, there's no reason to trash a company just because their politics are different from yours. I support and highly recommend Credo Mobile!

In my experience, Credo is an excellent company. Very helpful and efficient customer service, the cell service is solid and reliable and they even provided me with a free Apple Watch when I signed up.I have been a mobile customer for over two years and appreciate all aspects of their business, including their donations to non-profits-many that I contribute to also. I find it hard to understand the number of negative reviews I have read and they make me wonder if some are legit.

I had a great experience with your rep Jada, who helped me activate my flip phone. I give her/him five stars!

CREDO is great way to give back to the people on the frontlines of humannitarian causes. Att and verizon own 100% of cell towers now. Every company uses those towers. So this dribble about bad coverage is suspect. They contribute on a global level to strictly humanitarian causes and to earth-first climate policies. Black Lives Matter, etcetera. 2 years now. Plus, they gave me major latitude during covid.
