This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was on the phone for 7 days and over 15 hours trying to join them. I was lied to and hung up on. Over the 7 day period I was told multiple times someone would call me back which never happened. Its like they were trying to make me mad and run me away. So I did, I went somewhere else. Worst experience I have had with a so called customer service.

We gave up on their poor service. Tried to switch, but they don’t release the phone number to the new provider. Both we and the provider have called and called, to no avail. Wait time is interminable. If we get through, they say they aretaking action, but don’t. How hard an it be to send the number tithe new provider. Has to be deliberate

Their service is painfully bad. I have been with them longer than I can remember. I can't pay my bill or sign into my account or get anyone to talk to about these issues.

Avoidant and manipulative is noted in another review. Yep, takes forever to get through the phone tree with repeated self satisfied pronouncements about their good works. Yechh Chat was useful, but try to get new service for phone that was stolen. Plan to spend an afternoon or two. I really should switch services, but, the evil you know...

This review relates to my experience these past two days, trying to reach customer service. I have sent two emails, tried to call them and waited almost an hour twice......and I still don't have the answer I need regarding the SIM card they sent me. I have been a member for many years and have loved them, but something has happened. It doesn't seem like the same company

If I could give zero stars I would have! Even better - negative 5 stars. This company is atrocious when it comes to customer service! We bought phones through them and the process to get one of the phones activated was so painful, my husband pulled the plug on the whole account before we even activated! After looking into the company a bit further, we found soooooo many reviews consistent with our terrible service. What a shame, I figured this was an easy way to contribute to some great causes, VERY disappointing!

Basically, there's no customer service with Credo. You will not be able to get them on the phone. However, they will cut off your service without prior warning after years of on-time payments. Better to write your own check to the non-profits of your choice and find a provider with better, more responsive customer service.
