Grandma is Not Happy.
I have been with Credo since forever. Unfortunately I feel it necessary to give them an unsatisfactory review. I recently purchased an IPhone 15 for my granddaughter. This of course resulted in a bill that went from $49/month to almost $500/mo. Unknown to me, I can honestly attest to the fact that when the phone was purchased I was not aware of gigs and overages. I am a senior and a non-tech person. Not aware that my granddaughter immediately on receiving her new phone started adding apps and texting her friends. Thus, creating overages. I was in shock when I saw the bill and since I am on a limited income this was very upsetting. We did not deliberately cause this to happen. Upon calling Credo many times, they refused to drop the charges for the overages. I am now on a payment plan for 4 months to pay for something that was supposed to be a wonderful surprise for my granddaughter but ended up as a financial burden. I have been a long and dedicated customer and they would not even credit back 1 overage. Makes me reevaluate this entire event and I now have an entirely different attitude about this company. I told them I would not refer them to any of my friends.
