Please don’t be mislead by nice looks of some furniture items- they don’t last . I purchased furniture from this seller in 2018-19 so I do know how the furniture lasts. It didn’t. While they do offer some cool designs, I was sorely disappointed by the quality. It's evident that many of their pieces are mere copies of original designs, lacking the authenticity and craftsmanship that one would expect. But what truly shocked me was the abysmal quality of the furniture. Flimsy materials, shoddy construction, and an overall lack of durability make this purchase one I deeply regret. It's safe to say that this is some of the worst quality furniture I've encountered. I'd strongly caution anyone considering buying from this seller to think twice before investing their money in subpar products. The coach lasted 1.5 year .The frame was gone . No kids jumping or other sorts of mistreatment . Just rubbish quality The bedroom drawers are shaking , not leveling properly though it’s a guest bedroom where the furniture is barely touched and used . For the price tag which is higher than a famous IK.. low budget furniture- CF is a big rip off

Absolutely do NOT recommend. While the furniture is nice, the delivery staff for my move was horrific! I paid for the "premium" delivery and received two men delivering my sofa - one was kind and the other was rude, abrasive, and yelled at me - yelled at ME because there was a lack of communication between THE COMPANY scheduling person and THE COMPANY delivery people - and they had to wait 10 minutes for me to come downstairs. ?! He made me feel threatened with his aggressive attitude - so much so I wouldn't allow him into my home. He even called his dispatcher and LIED saying I was refusing my delivery. What?! Turns out he put in his 2-week notice before and did not care how he treated anyone. This completely ruined my moving day. I was offered a $50 refund on a $150 delivery fee. What a joke. I still haven't received it after more than two weeks. Do NOT shop here.

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this furniture store, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The quality of their products is beyond subpar; it's like they've sourced their items from a reject pile. The salespeople were disinterested and unhelpful, acting as if they'd rather be anywhere else. And let's not forget about their exorbitant prices – you'd think you were shopping at a high-end boutique, not a glorified garage sale. Save yourself the agony and avoid this store at all costs. Your wallet and your sanity will thank you.

I purchased warranty for leather sofa at city furniture. case# 01901422. Paula. Manager. I spoke to customer services. city furniture do not repair sofa . They waited for warranty to expire. I sent them picture last year. I never received response. They took my money and did not do repair.

I put a deposit of 1500.00 down in February and was told that the 2 of the pieces would not be in until July. I was OK with this. I went into the store at the begining of June and asked if everything was still the same. I was told the 2 pieces were still in and the other 2 pieces should arrive on or around August 9th. That is when they told me I needed to pay the other 1500.00. I told them I would pay off the balance before August 9th. I stopped in a few days ago to make the final payment but was told the 2 pieces originally in stock had been sold and I was now looking at the end of November?? I asked for the Manager and she was rude and told me either find another set or take my refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Everyone in Fort Myers, avoid this store.

This company is a total disgrace. Where is the morale of your customer service department. I haven’t received the furniture I ordered in May and no one can provide an answer to why I have a balance for the invoice I paid in full! They’ve called the finance department 4 times with a TAT of 48 hours and still no response! Would love to talk to someone in the US regarding this issue. I need my money or furniture!

The worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. Furniture arrived damaged and the delivery people damaged my home as well. They just left when I refused the delivery and then the store refused to help. It took me taking off 5 days of work to try to get a new sofa delivered but when they came they refused to bring it back up the stairs. I had to write the CEO to get any help. They should be embarrassed Hie poorly this company is run. Even then we tried to work out a fair compromise but they wouldn’t. Rather give all my business to Arhaus or another company that st least treats me like they care about my business. They are unethical. Go anywhere else.

Better off buying furniture at the Salvation Army. Bought chair plus $2500 worth of other items. Chair broke SAME DAY AS DELIVERED. I have talked to these people every single day since. Was scheduled to have new chair delivered today. Took day OFF WORK after confirming. THEY MOVED THE DELIVERY DATE. Didn't bother to let me know. I found out after I called AGAIN.
