🛑POLICIES BEFORE CUSTOMER NEEDS🛑
🛑I am extremely disappointed with City Furniture. I had an issue with my store credit from the in-home service program and was unable to get it resolved. I received a credit in the mail on June 3rd, and was excited because I had been anticipating it. As I opened the letter, I noticed the store credit was issued back in March and the credit had expired on April 30th. We are now in June so the credit is no longer valid. It must have gotten lost in the mail. I made multiple attempts to contact customer support to explain my situation but they refused to issue a new credit with a future expiration date. They told me the platform automates the credits and there is no way to reissue the credit. They basically told me there was nothing they could do and I am now left with a useless credit. This lack of flexibility and customer service left me frustrated and feeling let down. It's disappointing to see City Furniture put its own policies before its customers' needs. 🛑
