Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I ordered 3 bags of dog food on Wednesday and shortly after was told it was already being shipped out. I couldn't believe it when I found all 3 bags of food on my door step the very next day. Also, they have great prices. The dog food I ordered would cost me 33 dollars more in the store plus the cost of gas getting to and from there. I basically got a buy 2 get 1 free deal but using this site instead of going to the local pet store. I highly recommend this website.

I am so impressed with this website. The prices and delivery speed have convinced me that this is the only place to buy stuff for my dog.

I was so amazed by the customer service at Chewy.com I had to review. We rescued an wonderful Boston Terrier 3 1/2 yrs ago. While getting her used to her new home and family we figured out that she had quite an extensive food allergy to most ingredients found in dog food. As we worked through her allergies that we found one type, Kangaroo and Red Lentil dry dog food that she loved and didn't upset her stomach. The one downside it was only available online. I found chewy.com and used them throughout the rest of our time with her. This past week our extraordinary dog passed away but when I called to return the dog food they not only refunded the money but chose to allow us to donate the food to a local shelter instead of sending it back to them. This is an incredible company and excellent customer service.

I rescue so I have many mouths to feed. After quite a bit of research, I was surprised by chewy.com's prices. For example, I'm now saving 20% on Wellness dry dog food & 14% on Hill's Prescription Diet cat food (which was easily ordered once they spoke with my vet, all taken care of by chewy. No involvement on my end aside from providing a #). On top of the savings, I no longer go to the pet supplies store and have to lug around 20+ lb bags & heavy flats of cans. Plus I have autoship so aside from a reminder email asking if I need to make any adjustments, I don't have to think about anything. Also, when the delivery came with a damaged can of cat food in a flat of 24, resulting in an insect infestation, I called customer service prepared with pictures and video. I explained the situation, and they sent another one which I received in 2 days. Zero questions and it was super simple. The only downside is that I didn't find chewy sooner! Would recommend to anyone with pets.

How shopping should be done. Would recommend to EVERYONE with pets. They have great prices, and and even better customer service that more companies should take note of. I buy everything from them and you just can't beat the free 2 day shipping right to your door. They really want you to feel satisfied with your order and that's why they get monthly business from me.

Can't say enough GREAT things about Chewy's superb level of customer service and willingness to give back to the pet-lover community. I received a partial wrong food order which was immediately corrected, and a shipment of the correct food sent out to me the same day. Most satisfying was that I was asked to donate the incorrect food shipment to an animal shelter and was not asked to return it back to Chewy. WOW! This company is a CLASS ACT!!!! :-). There are now several sheltered animals who will be able to eat premium grain free food which I'll wager isn't normally part of their diet. Kudos to Chewy!!!

I somehow signed up with a misspelled email (my fault of course..and I was concerned since I setup an autoship item) and I contacted customer service via e-mail and within a couple of hours they had responded and fixed the problem!! Companies with outstanding customer service such as Chewy.com rate SO high in my book. Thanks Chewy.com!

Prices beat the few local stores that carry the dog food we buy and shipping is awesome. Order one day and food usually arrives the next day or two.
