They have the BEST customer service of almost any company I know. AND they beat all the other online pet supply stores at pricing AND inventory! I've tried all the other ones like petfooddirect and wag.com (theyre all terrible in comparison). The only complaints I've had were some cat litter spilling in the shipment box and a wrong food shipment. Also, in the beginning, they were shipping at 1-2 weeks delivery dates which was way too slow when you're out of cat/dog food etc, but they've changed theyre shipping speed since then which is great :) I'd recommend them to anybody.

Chewy.com is my FAVORITE website for pet items. Not only is it budget-safe, the staff is superb & knowledgeable! I have no complaints! My girl-friend wanted to exchange a dog collar she ordered, it was to small, ordered it under my account. We called chewy and explain the issue and they returned my money and even asked us to donate the collar! Even credit the shipping! How awesome! However! Yesterday there was a SLIGHT difference. I ordered a water filtered dispenser, a non skid food bowl and the filters needed for the water dispenser (also some teeth wipes!). Carelessly, I failed to read that the dispenser was NOT cordless- not what I was looking for. I contact them, wanted to know how I should go about returning the items- they refunded the money into my account and once AGAIN told me to donate it to a shelter! Is it just me here??? That's a phenomenal thing to do!!! Great company, they're so helpful- it's insane! Thank you Chewy! You have me for life!!

I like to feed my dogs good quality dry dog food. I also don't like driving to pet shop to just pickup a bag of dog food. I found Amazon is super convenient but pricey. When I came across Chewy, now I have reasonable too. I have auto-ship setup for every 6 weeks for dog food, treats and flea & tick treatment.

Aside from having the best prices on the majority of the items I shop for, and auto-ship on the items I purchase on a monthly basis, oh, and free shipping on orders over $50.00, their customer service has to be the best I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Chewy.com ROCKS!

Their prices and selections are great, but the main reason I'm taking time to do this review is to commend their customer service. I've had no better customer service Anywhere, for Anything, Anytime. That's a Triple A rating. My name is James and I whole heartily stand by this review.

I will never buy from another online pet supply store again! The customer service from this company is WONDERFUL! Delivery is always extremely speedy, especially when considering they're sending to rural Wisconsin. I have only tried to return one item and it has been hassle free to say the least! One phone call and my charge was refunded immediately, with only my promise to donate the item to a shelter (which I most certainly will do) ! It is rare to find a company have such a great system! Highly, highly recommend! I'd pay more to use this company, although I doubt I'll ever have to since everything is so reasonably priced.

I have been using chewy.com for the last 6 months or so. Super products and great service. We have had a lot of issues with our schnauzers tummy health so were trying so many various brands. We thought the raw diet was going to work but after trying it from a store near us we had a back-fire and I had already placed an order with chewy.com. Customer service was great....I was shocked that they didn't want the unopened packages back. They just wanted it donated to an animal homeless shelter in our area and then sent us the food that we had found worked. Will never return to another company. Great prices, better than the vet by far. Thanks, Chewy.com
