I had ordered a case of Newman's Own Organic Turkey and Veggies, but my cat couldn't tolerate it. She got very bloated, had gas and diarrhea. When Chewy.com asked for my review, I was honest about my cat's intolerance. THEY contacted me, and said they wanted to reach out and let me know that they stand behind their products. If there is ever a problem, or if the pet doesn't like it, they refund without question. She let me know they were crediting my card. I didn't even ask. I'm amazed that this level of good customer service still exists. They'll have my business from now on, for sure. Excellent company.

I have been on auto shipment for Q10 supplement since April 2015. Two shipments arrived without any problems for the advertised price of $63.60. However, Chewy doubled the price for the third shipment without any warning and charged me $133. The shipment arrived without a receipt with a new doubled price, so it took me several days to catch this glitch. I called Chewy, and even though they agreed to refund the difference back to my account, I felt that it's not a good practice to increase the price 100% without any warnings on auto shipments. I would not give Chewy more than 2 stars.

I recently found chewy.com when searching for the best price on my dog's food. They had it! What I didn't know was how absolutely amazing the service was going to be and how easy making purchases or changes to my purchases would be. I now compare all online transactions to my experience with Chewy.com and no one even comes close. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it is shopping with them. They even have a live voice as soon as you call and they will stop at nothing to make sure you get what you need. And they're super friendly when doing it!

I have been doing business with Chewy for a little over a year and they are a dream to deal with. Their prices are very competitive, their service terrific, and I usually receive the shipment the next day. You call customer service a person answers promptly and takes care of the issue immediately. I am so happy I came across this company.

I have used Chewy for several years to purchase food for my cats. I use the automatic ship feature which works perfectly. I get an email reminding me about the shipment and am allowed to delay or cancel at any time. Recently, the vet recommended a change in food the same day I received a new shipment of the old food. I contacted the company and they promptly sent me shipping labels and allowed me to return the order at THEIR expense. No questions or hassles from them at all about the return at all. They even scheduled the fed ex pick up right from my door. I will certainly continue using this company for pet supplies and highly recommend them!!!!

I decided to use chewy after reading reviews and hear from their clients (I work at a vet's office). My dog is on a hypoallergenic diet by Royal Canin and he reacts to any other diets. The first order apparently, my vet didn't send his approval right away. That was understandable since I know that vet's offices get busy. However most companies will send a reminder to the vet if they don't call back next day. No one followed up on my order until I called them a week and half later. They apologized and refunded me the money but sent me the bag of the food. I had make a trip to my dog's vets to get the food, which was awkward since I had been fired from there recently. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. This time they had an issue since on the first approval my vet didn't put down refills. It would've taken 2 seconds to call me , or call the vet, send them another request. But they didn't! I called them today and the excuse they gave me is that the company has grown exponentially and they are un-able to keep up with the orders. They tried to bribe me off by refunding me back 50% of the price. When I explain how allergic my dog was to most proteins, and asked if they would cover the bill of my dog got sick from eating regular dog food, they refunded me the full amount. What good will that do me. Now my dogs are hungry and I will have to figure out what to do for tommorow. They shouldn't make promises they can't keep.

I will never ever shop anywhere else. I had some toys that didn't work out and no questions asked they refunded the money and told me to donate the toys to a shelter. I just became a loyal customer for life.
