Our local stores stopped selling our brand of dog food, so we began ordering kibble and cans on line. Chewy always has the best price. Our last shipment of the cans came with a problem. Chewy immediately sent a replacement. It turned out that the problem wasn't really an issue (per the lab at the manufacturer, so we tried to pay Chewy for one of the two shipments. They would not hear of it-four cases of canned food and we only paid for two. We will donate the money to the Humane Society in honor of Chewy.com!

There's nothing bad I could say about chewy! Free shipping for $50 is very low compared to other sites (85-100 seems normal now) even huge bags of dog food are free! It's unbelievable how fast it comes, usually the next day! I was worried about temperature control with our humid summer but when I pick the bag up I can still feel the cold AC from the Fed ex truck! Also no tax on dog food!! Here in NYC we always get charged tax. Between the low prices and no tax I'm saving like $30 a bag! Only ONCE did it take more than 48 hours and that was only because the kibble was new and in high demand. I can't even find it in stores. Chewy informed me as soon as I placed the order that it would take a few days as the closest warehouse with it in stock was across the country in Nevada. IT WAS STILL QUICKER SHIPPING THAN ANY OTHER SITE! I've never gotten deliveries from anywhere this quick. Also if you email them a question they answer within minutes/hours

Chewy is such an amazing company. They respond quickly to emails even late at night. They are very helpful with any questions you have, and will walk you through any process you need. The shipping is fast as well. We placed an order and got the dog food the following day. When UPS made a mistake with where to ship the food, chewy called UPS and had them deliver it to the right location that same day. We didn't have to do anything. Their prices are the best I have found especially for specialty dog food that our puppies need. They also include a little treat for the dogs with the shipment. We won't order dog food anywhere else. An amazing company with amazing empolyees.

I love this place. They are extremely organized, diligent and detailed. They sent me a postcard when I ordered my babies bed saying they hope he likes it. My mom recommended me to this company due to their great prices and her fantastic experience. I am a first time pet owner and rescued four fur babies therefore, I need all the help I can get! Their shipping is incredibly fast and all companies should strive to be at least half as good as they are, especially with their customer service. They care about the lifetime value of a customer. Shopping would be much easier if everyone treated their customers this way. #LOYALCUSTOMERFORLIFE
