Our animal clinic placed an order for the pet odor candles and scented sprays. The shipment came two weeks later in a banged up, ripped box. When opened, we found 2 of the candles loose, not wrapped in anything, and completely shattered. There was glass all over the bottom of the box. The one candle that was wrapped was STILL dented up. All of the spray cans had big dents and scratches on them and the caps were off. The whole thing was totally unacceptable! Very, very disappointment and will now be ordering from another website.

I have been impressed with this company since I started using them 2 years ago. The best prices and amazing customer service for specialty dog food. If I order I usually get in 2 days and have been pleasantly suprised sometimes by next day delivery. Free shipping as well for orders over $49 and you know how expensive that can run on big bags of food. Love this company and will continue to do business with them. Bravo Chewy.com!

I've been buying my dog's prescription hepatic food from Chewy for over a year now. I just called them today to ask if I could return her wet food that is still in the original package. She tells me to donate the food instead and will still give me the full refund! How great is that!!

I am a breeder and on occasion I need to ship food to different locations at one time. When you spend $50 you get free shipping. They did this for me even though my packages were going to different places for my puppy buyers. Usually they will only wave a shipping fee if it goes to the same location and is over $50. But they did it anyway when I called them. They have amazing customer service. Chewy also has very healthy dog foods that usually I can only go to the healthy pet store and spend a fortune to get. They are about $15 cheaper on everything give or take. When I first started using Chewy their shipping was slow but now it is very fast fed ex ship and I get it in 2 days (going to California). I will always use Chewy and even recommend them to my puppy buyers. Do yourself a favor and use this great company!

Chewy has outstanding customer service. I once forgot to cancel an auto-ship order and contacted the company after the order had already shipped. The customer service representative however told me not to worry about it and managed to call back the package and refunded the money to me right away. Another time I accidentally ordered one more item than I initially intended, so I called to make a return. In the end, I received a full refund for the item and was told to donate it to a local shelter. This is by far the best customer service I have experienced so far. The product selection, website and shipping are also excellent, which is why chewy deserves 5 stars ***** from me!

I heard about them and thought I would try them for my Hills Oral Care. Way faster, way cheaper... The site was easy to use and checkout was clean. What else can you want? I am using them again!

We have used Chewy.com for over a year now, both for high quality wet cat food, as well as prescription diet foods for two of our cats with Urinary and Renal issues, saving us considerable costs vs. through our Veterinarian. Sadly, our one cat, Mama, who was suffering from Renal Disease, had reached the end of the line today and had to be Euthanized (I still water up now as I am writing this). As we no longer needed the prescription k/d for her and only used a few of the 24 cans from our last shipment I called to inquire about a partial refund. To my great amazement they not only refunded me for the remaining cans but they chose to refund us for the entire 24 can shipment! Then they said to go ahead and donate the remaining cans as we saw fit, offering the condolences for our loss. How can anyone complain about that... thanks Chewy!
