When you are unsatisfy of something is not correct you can certainly receive a Great service from Chewy representative with returns or replacement! I wish that all companies would take the good example from Chewy in helping customers to return or replace a product stress free!!Thank you much Customer service

Always the most responsive friendly customer service. Very few companies exist like this in America any more. If your pet does not like the food they will refund the price without a return just ask that you donate it to a local pet charity or shelter.

My positive experience with Chewy ended upon initiating the Chewy Plus trial. Despite timely cancellation, an unauthorized charge resulted in a negative account balance. While Chewy has issued a refund, the 3-6 day processing period is unacceptable given the initial billing error. They committed to covering insufficient funds charges, however, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused.

I started using Chewy's autoship for my dog food deliveries over a 2 years ago. I have canceled deliveries, changed delivery dates, changed food, changed the the size of the food to be delivered, and changed addresses..... Chewy has never messed up - not once!! My orders have been perfect EVERY-SINGLE-TIME! I had previously used a different pet store delivery service and they were horrible. I received the wrong food or I would be told my order was delivered and - if it was - it was nowhere to be found. CHEWY SHINES - they are incredibly accurate and reliable. Love them!!

By accident I sent my Chewy order to my Florida address. I thought I was on the Canadian site. I won’t be there until the fall. They so kindly refunded my purchase and told me to have a neighbour pick it up and donate it. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Chewy. Love shopping with this company.

You are always handled by a compassionate person. Friendly and efficient. More than that. With the loss of two beloved fur babies, a cherished dog and beloved horse. They sent beautiful flowers and a heartfelt cars. In this time of automated “service”, this was so kind and caring. Thank you Chewy!

This is the best pet company out there! I recently lost my baby boy and they credited me his food and told me to donate it. It has been such a hard time since my loss and they were so caring. They are EXTREMELY kind and very personable. They always have your back and make sure you’re 100% satisfied. All orders arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Highly recommend as I would not order from anyone else!
