Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Received my first shipment from Chewy.com and have to say they exceeded expectations! The quality was fresh and well-packaged, the prices affordable and they have an excellent selection of healthy products. My shipment arrived promptly. I'm also pleased to know that Chewy is teaming with the Jackson Galaxy Foundation to help animals in need.

I don't leave reviews. I never have. Even when something is AWESOME I still don't. But here I am, I guess Chewys is even more than awesome. My dogs prescription diet for his allergy food trial is rediculously expensive. Usually when people ask me how much something for my dog was I lie to them so they don't think I'm a crazy dog person. I didn't have to lie about this website, I told everyone how much the food was and they say "oh that's not bad at all". They ship the food pretty quickly however last week I realized I was low on food and needed to order ASAP. I ordered it and to my surprise they didn't have an option to upgrade shipping. I contacted them to ask (my dogs on a food trial and if I ran out of food and had to give him something else it wouldve ruined months of work) and was still told they didn't offer it at this time. Sure, I was bummed but I understood. They asked where i lived and told me when it would probably get delivered. I looked at ordering from another website who offered upgraded shipped for 40+ dollars more! No way I'm not doing that. Next thing I know I have 2 emails. The first says that my food from chewy just shipped but the local warehouse was out of stock so it's going to be a bit longer. The second says it just shipped from pet360. I didn't realize I ordered it from there! Now I have 2 bags of $70 dogfood and NEITHER will be here before I run out!! I had no other option than to order it from my local vet for $90+, that means I'll have 90 lbs of dogfood for just 1 dog. I called Chewys and explained. Yes, a human did answer and he was SO nice and we had a good convo about my dog. He let me know that since it already shipped he can't cancel my order but he can try to tell ups not to deliver but if they do deliver Chewys would pay shipping to return it. He then refunded me the money right then! I called pet360 expecting the same great service, what a joke. Some rude lady answered the phone and said she can't return it. She said that I can try to refuse the package from ups but that if they still delivered it I will have to ship it to return it. Well I wasn't able to refuse it and now I have a huge 30lb bag of dogfood I don't need (the food trial is over in 2 weeks and then I resume my dogs old food). I haven't looked at how much it'll cost to ship this huge bag but I'm not looking forward to it. I don't care if what pet360 did is the standard, that just shows how much chewys really went above and beyond.

Had issues with shipping where the food was torn in the box they went over and above and sent me a new order. For this reason I will continue to order from them for my dog and cat... Great prices, great service.

Add to my title that they're comptent, polite, efficient. Yadda....yadda. In todays world, these are incredible attributes. PLEASE please please....give these people your business. I'll be so bummed if they go away. They are the pet food gods. And by the by....I don't do reviews. I simply couldn't help myself. Cuz' they do what they say and make my life simple. And like most Mericans', in the end, it's all about me.

I've never had anything but incredibly positive experiences with Chewy.com. They have a decent assortment of pet must-haves and my items are always shipped in an incredibly timely manner. Any time i've had product issues, the Chewy.com staff is extremely helpful and quick to correct anything I'm less than happy with. I'm definitely a happy customer and recommend Chewy.com to any pet owners

I have used chewy.com three times in the last two years to get Fromm, Holistic and Wellness products. The prices are very good and I got everything shipped to me so fast, you would think they are around the block from me. Well, they ship from PA and I'm on Long Island, so that helps. So far, so good!

I ordered from Chewy.com for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Due to a food allergy, I had to purchase a prescribed food for my dog and before they could ship the food, they would have to contact my vet for approval. I was expecting it to take a week or longer for them to get approval from my vet and for the food to show up on my doorstep. The girl I spoke to went above and beyond to get the food approved by my vet and out to me as soon as possible - the food arrived 3 days later. 2 weeks later, the new $100 bag of food I had just bought was full of ants (I found a tiny razorblade sized slit on the back of the bag, which is how the ants got in) I wasn't very happy but tossed out the food. Yesterday I called to re-order a new bag, I asked if there was any way they could give me some kind of discount since I just ordered the last bag and unexpectedly, she processed a free replacement bag of food that has already shipped and will likely be on my doorstep by tomorrow. I have never taken the time to write an online review but, was blown away by the back to back great service by this company. They will have my business for life.

I just discovered chewy.com a few weeks ago. I have placed two orders now & received both within a couple days. I love all of the items I have purchased. I ordered one item & wanted to send it back because it was a mistake on my part. When I called to get an RMA # the lady told me I would receive my refund within 2 - 3 days & to donate the item to a local shelter which I am definitely going to do. They have a large variety of items to choose from & I am so happy to have found this site. No more trips 45 minutes away from my home to purchase dog & cat food. I would recommend chewy.com to any animal lover!
