Fantastic website with fair prices and the best customer service department I have ever dealt with.

We have used Chewy for a few months now, having a timber wolf mix we have had to try new foods here and there to get things just right for her. When she began to dislike and reject her most recent food, we went with a specialty wolf food transitioning into a raw diet, well we had a new bag of her old food that we had no use for. Upon calling Chewy we were given a complete refund and instead of returning the product were asked to donate it. Our local shelter dogs will be getting a wonderful Christmas present. Amazing customer service, will recommend this company to everyone we no. We will for sure be getting everything else there from treats to toys from now on. They are truly an amazing company for animal lovers

I will recommend Chewy to everyone and anyone. I ordered food and a tear stain remover from Chewy.com. It arrived way faster than expected. The price was great for both compared to my local pet store. My dog refused to let me apply the tear stain remover so I called Chewy to ask if I could return it. Without any hesitation or questioning, they returned my money and asked me to donate the product to a local shelter! I thought that was amazing! I am a customer service representative for an IT company, so customer service if everything to me and Chewy.com has it right!

This company really knows how to make you feel like you are part of the Chewy.com family. I am grateful for customer services quick, friendly, professional mannerisms. Its nice to do business with a company who is not afraid to go above and beyond for their clients. I am loyal and will remain loyal as my experience has been nothing but positive, and in this world we live in today, that speaks volumes in my book. I've been a chewy customer for a couple of years now. They've been great. Their prices are great, customer service wonderful. Love how big bags at best car litter brought upstairs to my door. Never had any problems. Im on autoship and it's wonderful. Just got a beautiful handwritten christmas card from them after writing them how much they are appreciated. I pray their employees are appreciated there too.

Chewy.com is by far the easiest, least expensive and most complete cat/dog site on the internet. Best prices on food, toys, treats and gear. I'm shocked by how fast orders get to me (next day!!). I love the selection and Made in the USA / Non GMO category. Having lost too many of our babies to canvcer we are VERYselective in what we feed them. Great prices on Taste of the Wild cat & dog food. VEGAN SELECTIONS!!! Thank you Chewy!

I have been using Chewy.com for two years now. Recently my dog's food was changed by the vet. I was told that the Rx held by Chewy.com was expired and so I didn't bother to cancel the autoship as they would not ship it without a renewal script. A few months later, I found an email from Chewy.com stating that my dog's old food was being auto-shipped to me. When I called and explained what happened, they were very apologetic and immediately granted a refund. I offered to ship the food back when it arrived but they asked if I could donate it to a local animal shelter instead. I was very surprised and pleased. Way to go Chewy.com!

I never leave reviews for companies but i do that this company deserves every single great review it gets.it is very hard to find a company out there with excellent customer service i called once because i had a question in regards to my shipping and they answer the phone right away some lady named barbie answered she took care of all my questions fast and extremely polite and there prices are very reasonable as well. I bought a 5 pound bag of dog food in petco when i got my puppy (not to mention service there was very rude that day)for 47 dollars and in chewy 30 pond bag of the same brand is 33 dollars !
