Proverbs: Chapt 12: Verse 10... "A Righteous man regards the lives of his animals..." My twin cats, Tom & Jerry are rescues. Chewy.com is a Blessing! A pet communicator PROVED to me that there is a Heaven as my dog died but was happy and running around with "Oliver"... which, turned out to be my wife's grandmothers dog! No BS... FACT. I served in the U.S. Army... Duty, Honor, Country! The 31 Proverbs of Wise King Solomon speak everyday to me regarding the evils of people and the evils of this world. They speak in True Wisdom through True Knowledge. I highly recommended this to build your Faith!

Chewy.com is AMAZING. My boyfriend ordered a dog crate, bed, and toys from them for the first time a few months ago. The shipping was so incredibly fast, we hadn't even officially adopted our dog yet! It was so wonderful to bring her home to her stuff already set up. My boyfriend had said how great the customer service was, but having not dealt with them myself, I didn't realize to what length their customer service goes to ensure customer satisfaction. I ordered a 26-lb bag of dog food and a toy for our dog a couple weeks ago, and as soon as I placed the order (at 5:00pm PST, by the way), a rep from Chewy.com called me to ensure they had the addresses correct and let me know it would be packaged and sent out the next day. Sure enough, TWO DAYS LATER, the food arrived and the toy. I was amazed at how quickly it had come and that their customer service had really delivered on their promise. I will absolutely, without a doubt, be ordering any and all toys, food, and supplies for our pup from Chewy.com. They earned a loyal customer, and I will definitely refer all my friends here!!

I recently placed an order through Chewy.com. My order consisted of a pet gate, dog bone, and Bitter Apple spray for my new puppy. I love my purchases, except the gate wasn't wide enough for my hallway, unfortunately. I gave Chewy a call to make a return and they happily refunded my money and informed me they would not be providing me with a return shipping label. Instead, they politely asked if I would donate the pet gate to a local shelter. This brought tears to my eyes and warmed my heart! No other company would be as selfless as this. I will definitely be ordering from them from now on.

The customer service is incredible, and they really go out of their way to help you. HOWEVER one time my dog's food went out of stock (I later learned it was recalled because the labels were printed incorrectly), and it was the ONLY type of food my dog could eat without getting sick. I had enough food to last him those two weeks, but then once they shipped it they ended up shipping it from a different location and it was going to take a whole week to arrive. My dog completely ran out of food and ended up getting sick when I tried giving him something else until his food arrived. He would not have made it had I not called over 30 places in my area asking them if they had this specific brand. Luckily one place had 5 cans left so I was able to snag them in time. I was so disappointed in Chewy. I called them and asked them to just ship me another order of his food and I would pay whatever was needed to do overnight shipping, but they said they didn't have that option. WHAT are other customers supposed to do if they run out of food and Chewy doesn't offer to send it to them ASAP? It was really disappointing and ruined my day because I had to frantically call every store and vet around me to get some stupid cans of dog food.

I had called Chewy to inform them that we no longer needed automatic delivery for my dog's food.I told the gentleman that I was talking to that unfortunately we were going to have to put my dog down, the man gave me a heartfelt apology and told me to donate the food that we just received. The next day when I came home from work there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me with a lovely note sending condolences from the company.I was astonished by this....I would recommend this company to everybody I know.

Last week I ordered cat food from Chewy finding this specialty cat food much less than any other vendor. It arrived in a very speedy 2 days. But before I got home from work the box had been opened by crafty masked bandits (Raccoons)who live in my woods. Though no fault of Chewy I emailed to let them know what had happened and received a very friendly email and a replacement shipment that arrived two days later. Nice company to deal with and I will be ordering again.

Wish it would arrive faster but besides that everything was what I expected. Easy to order and I do highly recommended this site.

My dog is in a very strict diet because of her allergies, they recommended chewy.com because they would be a little cheaper and deliver the food within 48hrs. What a disappointment when the food that I ordered gets delivered within 3 or 4 days. My disappointment became a "Im getting mad" when they sent me an email the same day they supposed to deliver the food saying they out of stock and they would deliver the food in two weeks. In the meanwhile, I have to go the vet and get there another bag becuase I cannot feed my dog with other food. I think I will take my business to other place now.
