I've ordered my dog's prescription food from Chewy for some time now; It's on autoship and arrives on schedule every time. I recently added canned food but couldn't find my prescription so they called the vet and got an approval AND shipped out my order the following day. In the same order, I added flea and tick treatment but when it came, I realized that I ordered the wrong weight category. I called and they gave me a credit, told me to donate the package I had to a local shelter, ordered the correct item during my call and I got it in 3 days. Amazing! I was not expecting this level of service, and frankly, I've never seen this before...so wonderful to be pleasantly surprised by a business today. I hardly ever write reviews (too busy) but I wanted to recognize Chewy for a wonderful customer service experience, and consistently providing me with a great alternative for purchasing my pet's prescription food at a lower price than anywhere I've found to date. Keep rocking!!

As a Fulfillment Specialist, I walk all over our PA warehouse to pick the item's that you order. I will admit, sometimes it is tough work, but with amazing customers and my amazing employer I enjoy my job. I have never had a job treat me like family and Chewy does that. What company hands out $50 gift cards to all employees? Hands out prizes for good attendance? Or knows that it's rough spending the holiday away from family and provides you with lunches at no charge? Chewy does! I love this company and I hope to grow positions as the company continues to grow.

What an excellent company! We purchase a high end, difficult to find, dog food brand for our 2 Irish Wolfhounds. At 180 lbs each, they eat a ton of food so it was always a pain finding a store that carried their brand and loading all the dog food into the car. Chewy.com carries our brand of dog food, ships it straight to our door on time every month, and doesn't charge a penny for shipping! They also sent us a sweet hand written thank you card after our first auto ship. I'd never expect such personalized service from a web-based company. I will never buy our dog food from another company ever again.

This company is, hands down, one of the best I have ever dealt with. Customer service? EXCELLENT! Prices? EXCELLENT! Shipping time? EXCELLENT! Care about their customers (including the 4 legged ones)? EXCELLENT! I rarely write these reviews and I have no affiliation with the company. Trust them with your furry family. EXCEPTIONAL.

Amazing customer service. Will order again just because of the time they spend letting their customers know that they're important. It's a dying art.

What's not to love? I don't pay for sales taxes on my order which saves a lot already and in conjunction with additional savings from auto-ship and competitive pricing, I order all my pet supplies from them. One one order, there was a fedex delivery problem, where my large shipment was not able to be shipped after the final attempt. So they shipped me a NEW order and refunded me a large part of my original order for the inconvenience and having to buy interim supplies. WOW!

I run a small retriever training kennel and order 6-8 bags of pro plan a month, I've saved at least 5 bucks a bag plus it's delivered to my kennel even when I'm out training. I've recommended chewy to my customers and have gotten very good feed back from them. I've been using chewy for over a year and have had no issues. The search for a top notch food supplier is over!

I would of gave them five stars. Due to have great customer service, and receiving my dogs food on time every month.... But.. I figured since I spend $48 dollars every month on dog food, and have it automatically shipped to my house every month, that they would throw in free shipping... Now I'm not going to stop getting my dog food through them, just a little disappointed. The point of ordering online is to save money, and time. But if i'm going to be charged 5-9 dollars in shipping I might as well go to the local pet market and get my food for the extra 9 dollars brings me to 57 dollars a month and doesn't really save me any money... Although, I did here that on amazon if you do autoship you get 15% off your order every month...Might want to do something to accommodate and compete with that 15% off autopay.
