I've been ordering from chewy for almost a year now, and their service has been outstanding. They even sent my cat a handwritten Christmas card. This week, I opened my order and it was the wrong type of food. I called Chewy and they were very apologetic about it. They are sending me a new box of food at no charge. Instead of asking me to send the food back, Chewy told me to donate the food so I did not have to go through the hassle of returning it. I am very impressed by them.

After years of searching for healthy treats that my dogs would eat regularly, I finally found them! However, after the first time purchasing them from a big chain pet store (they were on a two for one sale) the only place I could find them was Amazon. The treats were pricey so I ran a quick search for them and found Chewy.com. Not only were the same treats roughly half the price, but the auto ship option was a wonderful addition. The service I have received since finding this fantastic company has been stellar. I've since added one more fur baby to the family and getting an immediate shipment after I've been too generous is as easy as a two minute phone call to one of their very nice customer service reps. They don't try to sell me anything else and all I have to do is give them my name and that I have a pending auto ship. I get the email notification within seconds of the request and my furry friends are happily munching their treats a couple days later. I can't give Chewy the amount of positive feedback they deserve because it just wouldn't fit on the page!! Zero problems, little wait on shipping, great prices and amazing customer service. Received our first shipment today of three boxes with cat litter, cat food, dog food and cat treats. A Large order. All three cartons were broken open in different places, the tape ripped. In one, the bag of 20 pounds of dry cat food was ripped open, probably because the box of litter also in the carton had rubbed against the bag and split it. Poorly packed. There was cat food everywhere in the carton, trailing out of the box all over my steps and walkway. (The FedEx guy just dropped it and ran, probably aware that there was an issue so he was in his truck and pulling away by the time I got to the door.) We called right away to complain and their only suggestion was that they would reship us the cat food. I refused since the boxes and the way they ship is faulty and I didn't want to have a repeat situation. They finally agreed to refund us the cost of the cat food alone, with no acknowledgement of the problems with their shipping, the inconvenience to us, etc. In the past we have ordered extensively from Petco.com but were trying Chewy.com since one of the items we were ordering was on sale. We will go back to ordering from Petco.

I asked a representative of Chewy.com a few questions in anticipation of placing a large initial order and setting up an autoship arrangement. One of the questions I asked: "Is there a 5% discount on Orijen dog and cat food autoships?" I was told: "Champion, the manufacturer doesn't allow discounts on their products." That is blatantly incorrect. We receive discounts on Orijen products via a local retailer. A frequent buyer program, etc. After the above exchange I became very uncomfortable in trusting and dealing with Chewy.com, cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere.

Chewy.com is wonderful - they have a great variety of products, and they have great sales and their autoship option is really convenient. What impressed me most of all is their generosity. My pet passed away prior to his next autoship order arriving. I initiated a return, and explained what happened. The customer service rep expressed his sympathy, and told me that they would process my refund, and that there was no need to return the items, that, if I wished, I could donate them to a local shelter. They truly understand what it is to own a pet. I'll be donating the items to the Animal Welfare League of Arlington. I would definitely recommend Chewy.com.

I rodered my first time on Chewy.com and I was really impressed. I had ordered around 5 packs of Cat food and treats, and it was easy breezy as the say. Everything came very fast, and the cans of food are cheaper than many of the stores around me. Thank you so much Chewy.

We previously ordered our dog food directly from the vet. I found Chewy.com when I went online to try to look for lower prices. I've been incredibly impressed with their low prices, recurring delivery options, high quality customer service, and performance. I'm paying roughly 15% less for dog food and it gets delivered directly to my front door! They also send you an email before the shipment is made, which gives you a chance to push it back if necessary. It's really just a great company and it's refreshing to see such great customer service in 2016. I highly recommend using their services!

I am in the middle of a move so delivery of product was of the utmost importance. I called to place order as I want assurance from a person order would ship same day as placed. Placed the order on the 20th at 11 AM and was told 4PM was cut off time for same day ship. It is now the 22nd and the order still has not shipped. As I waited for tracking info I called to confirm and was told it had not but a label had been created. They explained that sometimes large orders take longer to pull and get ready to ship. This is a one product order that requires no repacking as it is shipped in original packaging, all you have to do is print label and stick it on so I am a little confused as to why they could not fullfull. Disappointed to say the least as I am moving and will not be here to accept.
