First of all, I had been looking for dog houses everywhere and they were prohibitively expensive at all of the retail stores and standard online outlets. I was able to get three dog houses for the price of one at a retail store, and free shipping on top of it. Two of the dog houses arrives within 3 days on a 5-7 day window, the other one got lost in transit by FedEx. When I emailed Chewy.com after hours to report the loss, they immediately shipped out a new dog house within a couple hours of my initial email. I would highly recommend Chewy.com to anyone looking for a great pet supply store with fantastic customer service.

I've been ordering my pet supplies through Chewy for the past 6 months. My most recent order was stolen from my building. I called Chewy to place a replacement order for the one that was stolen and they ended up sending me all my items free of charge! However, my original box showed up at my doorstep the other night (it had already been opened), so I called Chewy again to try and cancel the order or find a way to ship it back to them. They told me they would rather that I donate the extra product to a local animal shelter instead. Wonderful company with wonderful values and customer service.

Chewy.com is an excellent choice for reasonably priced online pet products and promt delivery. We were with another online pet site to purchase Origen dog food which is unavailable in my area... So prompt service and shipping is a must. After being dissapointed time after time with shipping issues, out of stock on Origen and auto ship problems we had to make a change! I decited to try chewy.com was happily surprised at the products, price AND our order arrived the next day! I have placed on order every two weeks for over 6 mths and have yet to be disappointed!!! I even recieved a hand written holiday card... Great touch :)

We have been getting treats for our fur baby Sira for quite some time at Chewy, wide variety of treats to choose from, excellent customer service especially in locating treats to meet dietary needs, she has really loved her treats over the years, sadly she was laid to rest January 31st 2016 at the tender young age of 18 1/2 years young after a short acute illness... today February 10th we received a beautiful vase with Dendrobrium Orchids and a sympathy card: We're sorry to hear about the loss of your little one, Sira. We're all thinking of you in this this tough time, and our deepest sympathies go out to you. If you need anything we're always here for you. Love-Chewy We had called Chewy about returning a treat order that sadly we could no longer use and were going to return the order, they said no worries donate it to a shelter... Way to go Chewy, show us the Love, each day we all wake up with a fresh new supply of Love, and what we don't use is gone forever, so from one random act of kindness on the part of Chewy a few other fur babies will get a chance to enjoy some treats, and we are comforted in our time of sorrow over our loss when we least expected it. Chewy.com is such a great online store for pet needs! Their prices are great and their customer service is top notch! Their auto-ship service is very convenient and I love it because whenever you want to change your auto-ship order...or if you want to skip a month or more in delivery... the customer service agents do it with no questions asked and no pressure. An actual person ALWAYS answers the phone when you call during business hours and they are super friendly. I LOVE CHEWY.COM

My dad had made an order from chewy.com to NY and shipped it to my address in Tennessee by mistake because it was saved online. When I received the order called my dad because I figured it was his and it was. I called chews customer service and they were so nice they reshipped the order to my dad and told me I can just keep the order or donate it. They really surprised me with the excellent service I wasn't expecting that

I was on another retailer site to set up autoship for my dog's food, but I was shocked to see that they charged almost $4 in taxes plus $6 for shipping! Not only that, but their website kept freezing and logging me out. Chewy.com looked like they had a great deal so I decided to sign up through them. I was done in under 5 minutes! I typed in the search box "Merrick duck and sweet potato", added it to my cart and completed the simple registration. Then I selected autoship, which was on the same checkout page and easy to find, and finished the checkout process. Plus I saved an additional 20% of with my first auto shipment and they had FREE 1-2 day shipping! I saved over $20 just from switching to chewy.com and I couldn't be happier. I plan on sticking with them for all of my future pet needs! I would recommend them everyone, 5 stars!

I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Juan at Chewy.com is a superstar! I ordered some food and supplies for my cat, got the email that they were shipped and then one from FedEx that said it had been delivered but alas, nothing on our doorstep. I thought about contacting FedEx but decided to just chat with someone on Chewy first and wow am I glad I did. Turns out, when I ordered, that I only put my city, state and zip-no street address. They totally took responsibility for my mistake and are sending me a new order. Plus 10% off my next order because of it. I couldn't be happier or more surprised at how well and how quickly it was handled. Thanks Chewy!
