A friend recommended Chewy.com to me and I instantly loved it, the great prices, the auto-ship and the best customer service I have ever experienced! I unexpectedly lost my beloved pup Marley to undiagnosed diabetes. Not only did they reimburse me for my shipment, they asked that I donate the food to a local shelter - which I did promptly. Once I get another dog I will definitely go back to using Chewy.com

This site is fantastic! I placed an order and got it in 2 days/free shipping. I had a question about the dog food I ordered having too much kibble dust and without questioning they shipped a new bag and didn't request return on the bag in question. The customer service reps replied to my emails within a minute eac time (Amazon takes 2 days for a reply)! I highly recommend using Chewy.com for all pet products. Very very satisfied customer!

I ordered a soft dog crate and when I opened it was too small for my dog.I called to see what I needed to do to return it and get another larger.I was told they would credit my credit card for full amount including shipping and I don't need to send small crate back.said if I didn't want it to maybe donate it. wow what a company!!!!!!! we took that crate and donated to a no kill shelter along with our old hard crate.the shelter was happy to get.this was like the third item we purchased from chewy . com and it won't be the last.we thank chewy.com and will now be customers for life.

They are nice at the beginig but later they charge you more money , be careful and be aware of that. they dont care about you.

I placed my order and was promised to be 100% satisfied. When I received the order, the product didn't fit and the dimensions were slightly different on the website vs. what was printed on the product label. I called the company's website, where I was quickly connected with a very nice customer service representative. The representative not only promptly issued a complete refund, but instructed me to keep the items and said that I could donate them to a nearby pet shelter, etc. I actually asked, "Are you sure you don't want me to return them?" Terrific sales, service and most importantly - prompt and friendly resolution - when there is a problem. I am 110% happy with Chewy.com and will be back to order soon!

I ordered wrong size Advantix - $63.00. They refunded my money and told me to donate it to a shelter!!!! MY mistake! Wonderful company and I will never buy anywhere else.
