The convenience and prices. I have several pets and that is very helpful. Any issue I have with an order, customer service immediately made it right. Recently, I lost a dog following a stroke. They sent flowers and acknowledged our grief. A friend lost her pet and when she called to cancel her auto ship it was too late, the refunded her and asked she donate it to the shelter. Stellar company values.

Just had a fantastic customer service experience with chewy. I was trying to cancel my AutoShip order on their website, but had an issue. I called the number that was easily visible on the website and immediately was able to speak with a customer service rep. She was friendly and efficient. She canceled my order immediately, didn’t ask me why or push me to continue with my subscription, and automatically sent a confirmation to my email. I’m really impressed with my experience with chewy both for the products and prices available and for their excellent customer service.

What a terrible company! They are an absolute nightmare if you're trying to order prescription pet food. They are not capable of verifying prescriptions with vets (even amazon can do this easily by email), and they are not capable of basic math. A tray of food includes 24 cans, but if you buy the smaller order size of 6 cans, they count it as an entire tray of 24 cans, which eliminates all the refills in your prescription. Then since they are incapable of confirming the prescription with your vet, you simply are not able to order it. Unbelievable! Worst customer service. Now my sick pets cannot get their food in time.

I have been dealing with Chewy for several years and their customer service is exceptional. I get most of my dog’s items from them, including her medications. Everyone you speak with is polite, friendly and you can clearly understand them. They answer the phone or chat, immediately and go out of their way to provide their customers with a positive experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Ever interaction that I've had with Chewy has been amazing, especially there chat function and there video vet appointments. I will continue purchase as much as I can from them, as I feel it is important to vote with my dollars.

I don't know how a company that has a combined call center IQ of 0 is allowed to deal with medications. Every single person I spoke to there should have trouble getting hired at car wash but here they are, slurring their way through RX conversations like their working remotely from a Florida drug rehab center.

I ordered Pyrana fly spray for horses. When it arrive the bottle had opened and the content was all over the packaging. Three quarters of the content gone! When I called Chewy I was told I had to send it back. Send what back? The 3/4 empty greasy bottle with the broken sprayer in the soaked box??? She said yes, she'd send me a label. A label would not stick to the oily soggy box! I probably could have purchased a box but WTH! She said her system would not let her send a refund or a replacement until they had the original back. Okay...keep my 30 bucks. Ill by from TSC from here on out.
