Chewy hands down is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They are kind, compassionate and caring. Their customer service is top notch! I seriously have never had issues dealt with in the manner chewy does. What really sets them about to me is how they treat you like family. I had to call in regards to products after my sweet cat passed away, and not only did they have me donate the food to the shelter they sent a card and flowers!

I have ordered from Chewy for years. I find their products to be quality and reasonably priced. Their prescription service verifies with my vet and makes ordering medication easy for me. Last week I had just returned from the from having my beloved Scottie euthanized, and her food order was by my door. I called Chewy and the representative told me to donate the food. She credited my account for not only for the food, but also the medications I had received the previous week. This is true customer service and shows a compassionate staff. Truly a stellar business practice.

My mother and law and I live in the same household and share an account. She has one dog and I have one. Most things we get, our 2 dogs share. She created her account and we bought a big thing of fish oil for them to share. She agreed to get that, and then the next thing I was gonna get. Today we were trying to order some chuck it balls that I was going to pay for. I added my PayPal, paid and within minutes got an email with a phone number saying our order wouldn’t be processed until they could verify my personal information. That’s a good way to get scammed, calling back any phone number emailed from a seemingly legit company. It happens all the time. That is a whole bunch of hassle over 13$ worth of balls, and pretty rediculous cause I’m sure we are not the only household that has one account between them. Thanks but no thanks

Ive used Chewy over the years for dog who died recently. I like Chewys prices, products and service. I was pleasantly shocked yesterday to receive flowers from Chewy in memory of my dog, Thank you Chewy

I purchased 6 months of flea medication for our cat. Sadly, our cat passed away shortly after the purchase was made. I reached out to Chewy.com regarding returning the unopened medication. They responded quickly with a very kind and sympathetic email advising that they would refund me for the medication, no questions asked. Losing a pet is very hard. Having a company handle my request with nothing but kindness meant a lot!

Love our experience with Chewy. We received a bunch of items from our reoccurring order and calls one of their representatives to let them know that our bunny had passed away and we no longer can use the items. They told us to keep the items and donate them and they would give us a refund on everything. A solid business that does the right thing.
