Honest, ethical and caring company. I can honestly say that I have never been happier with a company like I am with Chewy. Their super low prices, lighting fast shipping and of course, superb customer service! Have compelled me to write this review, If you're a pet owner please give them a try, you will not be disappointed! I have placed several orders with them and every one has been delivered within 48 hours, the prices are unmatched in comparison to the pet stores around my area. The orders have arrived correctly and every time I have contacted customer service I have been left feeling refreshed with their sincerely caring and polite customer service. I had to make a return for kitten food and was refunded immediately, the agent was kind and asked my kittens name and offered several other recommendations. I will be a Chewy customer for life. Thank you to everyone that makes part of such a wonderful team.

Chewy company excellent customer services. I purchased their products. Some time shipped to me and lost one or water bowl no holder. When I called them. They are very quickly shipping to you back. I loves order Chewy products and when I needed. They are shipping too fast and in the 1-2 days. price is low and having discount. Happy with this company. Confidence guarantees .

I orderd food do my dog and some toys on Friday. My order qualified for free 1-2 shipping. According to the website it would be here Monday. Monday came it did not show up. Tuesday came it still is not here. Every day when I check it will be here the next day. I called costumer service and was told it was FedEx's problem and they dont ship on Sunday or Monday. No where on the websit does it state this. Costumer service agent said it would be there at the lastest on Friday. To Chewy agent this was ok. I will have to go buy dog food before then. A week after I places my order. So disappointed.

i used to love this site.. when i ordered my kennel it came so fast, but recently i purchased a few things and the 1-2 day shipping is a joke! closer to a week. very disappointed and customer service doesn't even seem to care.

Did not ship order. I called and cancelled the order due to non-shipment. Customer service was terrible. 100% customer satisfaction is a JOKE!!! First time trying to place order. Terrible experience. Will NEVER deal with this company. They do not care about customers!! Again 100% customer satisfaction is a LIE!!! Buyers BEWARE

I spent up to $49 to get the free 1-2 day shipping, my order has already shipped but won't be here for another 6 days. Will not buy from here again. I'll go elsewhere where shipping is faster.

Fantastic company. Customer service picks up after a few rings and are pleasant and very helpful. Best way to but dog food. Free shipping over $49 and very reliable. Autoship is a good way to save money off the cost.

I bought a $40 box of puppy things from Chewy, because I had planned on getting a puppy. Life happened, and I could no longer see the puppy thing happening in the near future. Over a month after my purchase, I reached out to customer service, worried they wouldn't accept my return. BOY WAS I WRONG! Best customer service I've ever received - not only did they fulfill my wishes, but I spent the remainder of the day with a FAT SMILE on my face because people are GOOD! So what did they do that was so great? After asking Dave if I could return my box, he told me that my card would be refunded fully within the next few days. He proceeded to ask me to donate the box to a local shelter rather than sending the box back to them. I thanked him, and the first thing I did after work was go to a shelter with my puppy box. I left the box there, and the shelter volunteers were beaming with joy. People are good, especially Chewy people :) I will surely be doing business with them when I finally get a puppy!
