Pet owners!! If you don’t use Chewy.com you should. They are so customer satisfaction based. I had an item delivered that was broken and sent an email to customer service. ... less than an hour later they shipped a replacement item. They send birthday and Christmas cards to your pets, just a wonderful experience all the way around.

I called customer service this evening after placing an order with chewy.com and realizing I needed to add an item to my order. I was amazed that my call was immediately answered by a person and not an operator taking me through several options before reaching an actual person (major points already). I spoke with Jordan, who was able to help me fix my mistake without any issues at all. He was so helpful and awesome. I would consider his service exceptional! Will definitely be using chewy.com again for all my pets’ needs.

Since PetSmart bought Chewy the prices went up $5/27lb bag of Zignature and the shipping times have failed. I ordered last week and still not have received my goods. It was the same with the previous order. You guys need to get it together or lose customers! My credit card was charged $117.13 on 28 Sept and still no product. I did receive a $25 credit for my inconvenience. OK, so this review has been rejected because it contained a copy of my chat and supposedly my CC# and tracking info. The tracking # was invalid so the products were likely never shipped. The previous order was the same only I called and complained. The products finally showed up on the 8 Oct. I can get a better deal locally so GOOD-BYE Amazon/PetSmart/ and Chewy.

just placed my first order sunday night, received email Monday that it has been shipped, then receieved delivery date of today oct 3, waiting all day, at the end of day, delivery changed to pending no date set. my bird is now out of food, I paid for shipping so I would expect to get as good service as those getting free 2 day shipping. I will never order from chewy.com again

I ordered flea treatment (Advantage) for my cat. Chewy sent me dog food instead. When I complained, they said that my order had been delivered and there is nothing they could do. When I told them it was the wrong product, they replied "Oh, I doubt that". I am out $50 and ended up giving the dog food away.

I've been using Chewy for a couple of years now the family dog and more recently the cat. It could not be easier. Never have to think about food or supplies as they arrive at my door. More so I wrote this comment as a testament of how companies used to be a still should be. Chewy has restored my belief the some still value their customers. A friend contacted Chewy to stop shipments after her dog passed. Instead of stopping you sent flowers and a condolence card. My cousin sent Chewy a picture of her cat a received a canvas picture back. What an incredible company. I will be a customer for life.

I love Chewy, I like trying different foods, I like free shipping and speedy delivery. My kitty passed away but as soon as I get a new pet I will immediately sign back up.
