Amazing customer service! Placed an order for a cat tree and it came in damaged. (Probably from the shipping company during transit) Contacted Chewy customer support and within minutes I was sent a tracking number for a new one and told to donate the old one. ❤️❤️❤️

I have been a customer of Chewy.com for years. The customer service has always been great, setting up autoship for my cat supplies was easy, and convenient. Delivery is fast and free, and their prices competitive. but what really put them over the top for me, was when my cat, Domino, of 20 yrs passed away, I had to call and cancel my account. Customer service was helpful and sympathetic over the phone. and then a week later I received a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers with a hand written note of condolence. it was so touching and very much appreciated. Love, love, love dealing with Chewy.com. I tracked a package I've been waiting for because I placed the order Saturday and it usually comes so quickly. The tracking info says it was delivered to our office Monday around noon and we were all there, so I called and explained. They said they'd send a replacement order out immediately -- no problem. I said if someone in the building finds the box, I'll call back to arrange a return of the second package but she said, no -- "please either keep it or donate it to a local shelter.". I was so touched that I started tearing up immediately. They really care about their customers and dogs in general. You have secured my loyalty for 100% of my dog orders from now on.

I'm a huge Chewy fan and I've been a customer for years. They have great prices and customer service but unfortunately the 2 delivery companies that they use can't seem to be successful in delivering the product to my address. They even claim to have delivered to my front door. I live in a fairly large U shaped complex. Ground level. Front door is 8 feet from the street. My unit number is 1 foot tall and I've been home. I see the trucks all the time. Chewy has tried to resolve the problem but it happened again today. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair with no transportation. FREE DELIVERY ISN'T RELEVANT if you don't get the delivery. GOOD BYE CHEWY.

Every single time I call I am greeted immediately by a caring and friendly staff member. Shipping is fast and ordering is easy. I recently lost one of my pups and the staff went above and beyond to refund his order- without having to even return it! They even asked how my other pup was handling the grief. They are lovely, helpful people. I recommend Chevy to all pet guardians I know.

Sadly, my 18 year old dog passed away. A few days later I contacted a very sympathetic member of the Chewy team to cancel automated delivery and ask about return of unopened last delivery. I was encouraged to donate it and they credited my account. Two days later I received a Bogie Bouquet (Bogie was Humphrey Bogart, Bogie for short) and a sweet, sweet condolence card from Chewy.com. Amazing! Chewy.com not only delivers great quality food on time, but is NICE after you stop delivery. They are truly a compassionate group of people calling themselves Chewy.com. I don’t remember how I heard about Chewy.com but I’ve been using them for a few years now. They have been an excellent company to use! My orders are always delivered within a day or two, the prices have been excellent and customer service is outstanding. I had the bad luck of someone stealing my dogs food right off the porch and I called them and they offered to replace it with no questions asked which takes a huge burden off of my shoulders this holiday season. I would and have recommended them to everybody!

I am stunned at how amazing Chewy customer service is!! And you speak to American representative’s they don’t outsource oversees! I had to large orders I placed for my new frenchie I was picking up Friday night. The shipments due to Fedex backlog were not going to get to me in time. They took care of me so I could get the much needed essentials before I received my delayed shipment. I have never in my life gotten such outstanding customer service. From everyone I spoke too! I much prefer online ordering. Not a store shopper. Chewy you have a customer for life !! And thank you to all I spoke to or corresponded with. Your turned a potentially dreadful experience into a stress free one!
